A Great Tragedy

Today, Aegis has been filled with sorrow and hopelessness. In a time when we are in need of even more and more help, one of our greatest allies has fallen: the Wandering Wizard.

As a few brave adventurers escorted the Wizard and his precious belongings to the Cloud Temple, disaster struck. Near the end of the journey, all of the Undead grouped up and cast a dark curse upon the Wizard, vanquishing him. The Undead made off with the objects that the Wizard had been protecting for so very long... Eggs.

Unbeknownst to us is what creatures lies within the eggs, but whatever the creatures are, they must be corrupt, foul beasts for the Wizard to have guarded them so...

It is our duty to recover these eggs and continue the work of the Wandering Wizard, though he is departed. We shall not flee, we shall not stumble... we shall persevere.
