TOWN CHARTER

MC Name: CommanderCaleb

RP Name: Nical Caleb the Third

Town Name: Nical

Why are you/your character starting this town? What role will it play? The Nical will be based off of the British ((Englishmen in LOTC if that's okay)). We plan on merging into a nation slowly when the map reset comes, but we aren't for sure, due from we don't know the lore of the map reset.

What type of political system is enforced in this town? Is this town under the reign of any other nation at this time? No, the Nical is not ruled by any other nation, but we do mostly support the human nation of Oren against attacks with the undead, or the orc wars. We plan on becoming allies with other nations, maybe Alras or Oren one day, or very soon!

As for our political system we are planning to have a governmental structure with possibly a Constitutional Monarchy to be added with the Lore.

What sort of behavior will residents exhibit? (Race relations, nation relations, etc.) At the moment, we allow everyone to be apart of the Nical town, selling homes are very cheap, example for a house you can get in a nation for 15,000 minas we sell them for 7,000 minas to attract attention and citizens, but our taxes will be higher for free food we will serve, active guards and more. We allow all races to join us same goes for nation types. We have exiled people before from the Nical for trying to start battles with other people.

The behavior of our residents will be nice and calm, our citizens will have to go through strict rules and behavior measurements to re-sure that no one will start a war. From the last mistakes we had with the Nical Empire.

Where would you prefer the town’s region be, and how large? Including a screenshot of the land would be nice (of game or map). The Nical Town has it self ready for the map reset. 2.00 Aegis, we have worked on blueprints me and hazardous47 for the new map. It is still a work-in-progress blue prints

The red in the map will be red brick, located on all our walls and the main castles roof. The light green will be our farm for wheat and watermelon, we plan to give out free watermelon to all citizens every real life day in a chest for them. Also the huge emtpy space with our flag will be the castle. It has not yet been constructed for blue prints yet.

All of this space will take up a x150 plot.

Hour house designs will be made out of red wood on the sides and tops. As for the roof, stone bricks. We will have a fantastic architectural design.

Any other details (architecture, races, culture, etc): the Nical is based off of the British Empire, but remove the empire part, reform the government and add allot, change the governmental structure, remove the laws of the British empire. You will soon get the Nical

The architecture design of the Nical is manly all of our buildings 34 percent of them have Red Wood Logs built into our homes, for style. I mostly make our homes for I was recommended the top builder on a minecraft server once called "Cobblecraft" it was a slightly creative server but was nice.

I did have the Lore here, but I removed it sense it was still a work-in-progress and had many flaws.

Also as well, any of the harsh comments regarding the Nical has a poor organizational structure, That was the Nical Empire. i'm not too sure but not everyone is understanding that we aren't the Nical Empire. the Nical Empire was exiled 4-6 weeks ago. We posted a RP forum post on it, but not much peolpe saw. the Nical Town now has allot better organizational structure to it.

I spend 5 hours a day usually 7 on weekends on the Nical on LOTC.

And after being on a game called "ROBLOX" that was okay and leading clans on that game for three years with some quite famous ones, I know how to command and organized structures about the military and the government.

My second in game Hazia (hazardous47) Is also partly in-charge of the Nical. He knows allot about role-play matters and how to get off on a good start, for people accusing me as my age as I am about to be 15. Hazia is 18 years of age. A great help he is!

PS: I'm not too sure if this can go for the map right now, and the new map coming out in about a month. But if it can go for both that would be great. We have even bigger plans for the map reset with a perfect area we will claim the second the map comes out if we can. A big plot as well. for farm land and other types of goods!

Interesting town and RP.... Although im not sure what appeal you will have to other players other than cheap houses close to the King's Road.... I wish you good luck and I will edit in my support once I find out a little more about it.

No no no no, I dislike your idea , most of the server either a has no idea who you are or b dislike you. Hey remember when the tuetonic order, alras, and the orcs attacked you, oh and last night you made a certain undead very unhappy. Maybe if your group had a freaking point to it, where is the lore hmmm? Without lore you arnt getting nation. Alras wrote INCREDIBLE lore and donated ~3.4k and they got it. Also you are a rather young kid, which will cause certain people to treat you differently. I hate the skins, i hate the place, i hate the nical, and i dislike -you-.

I have to say, your town is situated in a very very bad spot. Right behind Galahar's fort? They will out compete you for housing, because they sell houses for 4k, and they have protection already.

Also, please make sure your town doesn't make any trouble for Oren, we're already weary of you.
