1. Some peolpe disrespect me in game, such as Gaius and the Black Cross for RP reasons, Gaius doesn't hate me out of character, same goes to Syrio last time I talked to him about if he hated me out of character.

2. Your donater plot that you bought from somone else. And we where covering up old land on our property, it was just dirt! We didn't build anything else. you even made us take our hard work down...

3. I was never rude to you. You said some really REALLY mean comments to me, I go off and defend my self. I wasn't attacking you. You'r attacking me, you'r just trying to harrase me in every way.

I have to say, your town is situated in a very very bad spot. Right behind Galahar's fort? They will out compete you for housing, because they sell houses for 4k, and they have protection already.

Also, please make sure your town doesn't make any trouble for Oren, we're already weary of you.

PS: Your whole "the Nical is based off of the British Empire, but remove the empire part, reform the government and add allot, change the governmental structure, remove the laws of the British empire. You will soon get the Nical" makes it obvious that it is not based off the British empire anymore... its based off of your ideas.

- Now this shows me 2 things, one you refuse to look at the map, for Galahar is VERY close to you. And 2 it shows that you are being immature about it with saying " Ugh " as if you have explained it 30 times.

Nothing we've done should merit an inferior treatment than the others of the server. On the note of building too close to your plot, that had been there for MONTHS (RL) and it's not until we lay a layer of dirt over the wood that someone else built months ago that you "notice" it? Not to mention you're just as close to other plots. I'm going to be quite honest, Caleb may not 'sound' as though he knows what he's talking about over text. As he said, he has very severe dyslexia. I do know, however, that Caleb does in fact know how to maintain a government through much experience in other servers and games. We have merely had a series of unfortunate RP events involving other players out for no other reason than to harass us. That is why we have a large population of players who dislike us In-Character. Let me state this clearly: THAT IS WHY WE WISH TO BECOME A TOWN. We are trying to gain the respect of Aegis through cheap, fair and safe housing and peaceful commerce, culture, and a small guard to defend and patrol ONLY. We wish to give the denizens of our land somewhere with a community that doesn't cost a life's savings to participate in. I do not see the justification in this OOC blatant discrimination, slandering and plain 'ol hatred! We are just trying to roleplay, and help Aegis to do so as well. If you don't have something constructive and valid to say In character, simply don't say anything at all and LEAVE US BE. We get harassed by someone else for absolutely NO reason EVERY DAY. I'm tired of it, and I'm standing up for Nical.

((Well to tell the truth the armies that have attacked us, have only beaten us because they are better funded, and have bigger numbers. For instance when we(Nical and Black Cross) had a friendly klomp(No armor, only fist, a equal terms fight) we won 3 fights to you guys winning 1 or 2. Regardless It goes to show our soliders aren't childern, but just underfunded(As we are new). We have nights obviously capable of winning wars, we just lack the resources, and numbers that other nations have.))

1 - No one on the server respects/likes you. Neither in character or out of character. - We have OOC respect. Not IC due to persistent harrassment and unfortunate series of events. That shoudln't mean we can't be a town.

2 - You built RIGHT NEXT TO MY FREAKING plot!!!- That has been there for months. We put dirt over it. You share a wall with a fort, literally. You have no place to speak in the matter.

3 - You are very rude to me after simply stating some opinions- You insulted us, our plot and very rudely told us to move it. Not to mention you personally attacked us in both his post and another post about Nical to a nearly punishable extreme.

4 - British empire in LoTC... Uh no this is year 1337-Britain was around then.......

5 - You are too immature to lead a nation-Caleb is 15, I am nearly 18. We will do just fine.

I think more could be added to the rp and many definitely have found disfavor in the way you act. I would like to see more thought given to the reasons as well before this is discussed becoming a town. Other groups like the Black Cross and Lunavara should be considered first based on their rich rp history.
