Phelrin 60 Share Posted December 20, 2011 Fellow smiths, I will be resigning my position of Forgeman. As a Forgeman, I have added nothing new for the guild. I feel unworthy for this position. My activity for the guild will also be in decline, so I would not adding anything new as Forgeman anytime soon
ΩMercenΩ 67 Share Posted December 21, 2011 Okay Phelrin, do as you wish. I thought ye were doin' a good job.

Phelrin 60 Share Posted December 21, 2011 Okay Phelrin, do as you wish. I thought ye were doin' a good job. It's not that I wasn't doing a good job, I just believe as a Forgemen, I have to add something new to the guild. I'll just stay a regular blacksmith for now

awsome914 18 Share Posted December 21, 2011 *Posts a legnthy note on the guild wall* ((post will be OOC so I don't have to focus on talking like a dwarf and it provides clearity)) THE GUILD SCHOLAR This is a position to be held by, and only by, a forgeman. It is the person who generally knows the what do's of the guild. Newbies feel free to message this person OOC or IC anytime. Seriously, don't be afraid, I won't bite (yet anyway). THE CLASSES They hold classes on the OOC weekends for apprentices, who it is almost mandatory for you to visit. Other positions, such as forgemen, blacksmiths, and such, are also allowed, and somewhat encouraged to come. However, if the class is full, apprentices get priority. Blacksmithing XP will be available, and people will actually learn from these courses. Put this in your application to have a better chance: Racist Monkey. Class times will vary upon week and to be able to get out of a class an IC or OOC issue must be presented when asked (for those mandated to come.) Don't be afraid to ask questions, just don't go off topic. Checkups/Rolecall If an apprentice feels like he is not learning enough from his/her master, it is asked that it be reported to me. I will talk to the master and decide if you need a new one or not. If there are more than 2 reasonable complaints, they will be assigned a new master without question, and the master will have to go to a few classes in order to be let have another apprentice (2-3 classes). Also, if you have a reason for not being in class, you are to post the reason during role call. Don't worry, I will try to do at least 2-3 classes a weekend. Applications If you wish to be an apprentice or master, fill out the corresponding form, and I will try to respond. Waiting list means you will be a master if needed, and specific means you are responding to an accepted apprentice. Master: MC Name: RP Name: Current position (in guild): Waiting list or specific master of: Past leadership roles: What you know as a smith/ why you want to be a master: Apprentice: MC Name: RP Name: Smithing level: Activity level/ ability to be at class: Reason for applying: Preferred master (if any on waiting list): Accepted Members (crosses through text= taken) Masters Valen Starbreaker ((DwarfGuy45187)) Edgar Drewstar-Irongut ((awsome914)) Kanatar Blackaxe ((mabela23)) Grady Blackaxe ((dograap19)) Apprentices Falain Frostbeard ((CraigWazHere)) Thurimar Hammergrim ((Wondrkid))-Kanatar ((away)) Zack ((bradley112))- Valen Aerro Darkhammer-Edgar
