Town Charter - Gardenheath

MC Name: T_one21

RP Name: Johannes (the MoonWalker)

Town Name: Gardenheath

Why are you/your character starting this town? What role will it play?

The town Gardenheath is built to be a refuge for those whom no longer have a home or family in this life. The founder, Johannes the MoonWalker, has made it his goal to provide an environment that is safe, full of life and in an addition to this, a town that accept all people as they are. Of course as long as they choose to follow the simple rules of the town, as soon as they don't; they will be charged and given a trial in front of the council.

As the world seems to be turning towards a more hateful place to live in, the few that still seeks to return to a living where peoples differences is a possibility rather than something that drives them apart.

What type of political system isenforced in this town? Is it under the reign of any other nation at this time?

As the towns lower part will serveas a base for the Walkers, they will have 3 parts of 5 possible in the council, the 2 that is left is given to the mayor of the town and his adviser. The Walkers three positions are filled with the generals of the DayWalkers, NightWalkers and also The Walkers own Diplomat.

The Mayor is chosen by vote of the population in Gardenheath, either when the current one wishes to end his job or when he is mistrusted by the people. The adviser is chosen by the mayor when he has been elected, this is to have a good connection between these two as the adviser may have to shortly lead the town when the mayor is on journeys throughout the world.

What sort of behavior willresidents exhibit? (race relations, nation relations, etc.)

All races are welcome since this town is under the influence of an neutral guild that only seeks to bring peace and safety. If there are villagers that has problems with each other (does not matter if it is racial, personality or just different way of thinking) it will be taken in front of the council and the matter will be solved there. The town seeks to always be friendly and the villagers should be willing to lend a helping hand if there is someone in need. As the concept of the town for Johannes is the same as his guild; that everyone has a place in this world, and if you don't fit in there is a place for you here.

Where would you prefer the town'sregion to be, and how large? (Including a screenshot of the land would be nice)

Preferable the town could be place out of the most problematic zones since it is neutral and seeks to build a friendly environment, and throughout time develop into a nation. The landscape in the does not matter, if it is possible the area for the town should be rather flat but that is not a demand, since we have great men with skills in both excavation and mining. The town as we have built it now (on a seperate server) needs an area of 80x80. This area includes homes for over 40 people as its built now (there is plans for re-structuring if the population should increase fast), buildings for storage, blacksmith, stable, etc. and also public buildings like library, pub, shops and an inn for travelers.

Any other details (architecture,races, culture, etc.):

The architecture is inspired by both the elven and human race, most houses both over end beneath the surface is built in wood and is decorated to be more appealing to look at. Therefore the town is not a war base! The main building is also one gigantic tree, which symbolizethe ever growing life. Since there is a lot of different races living here, there are also different cultures, this means that freedom is regulated by the rules so yours does not intrude on anyone others, but these matters will be strictly followed and if not it will be taken to the council.

Thank you for signing me up, this is a great town you built. This would sort the Elves and Humans well because of the enviroment and Dwarves would :-D the lower section of the town. I want this to be approved, this town will welcome everyone. :cool: +1

Since im one of the founders of the Walkers guild and part owner of the town i would rate this +1 and the layout of the town also gives room to alot of neutral people to live and gather around this fine place.
