More Security May Be Needed

In Laurelin you would think of the city as a peaceful place to live and look for a new life to start. Turns out now that terrible things have been happening at the Front Gates, and Serpents Ridge. We have seen hooded enemies that now wander about and seem to threaten the lives of others. Last noted they Threated Aly a known Druid. Saying they were go'g to kill her. Vangaurds had acted and put Aly under protection at the Barracks.

The strange hooded ones later came back and Threatened many others in Laurelins saying all will die. T'e Vanguards chased them out of Malinor till they were past the border. They did not return since then. I believe that the council should increase security in Laurelin so that we will be more prepared the next time. They seem to be looking for a fight that we may not be able to stop.

I agree Dragel, I have experianced those before. There should be more guards in ye surroundings of our home. We dont want our people frightend, in ye homes.

We have been discussing this extensively. Already I have moved a Warden Officer to the Vanguard's Barracks in an effort to make communication with the Wardens more efficient.

In addition we are looking for loyal and capable citizens to join the Vanguard (just make sure you follow the guidelines in the application process, need good RPers for this).

The council is not immune or above these events, I've personally been a victim myself, so I can assure you that these matters are just as personal to us as they are the rest of Malinor.

I have moved a Warden Officer to the Vanguard's Barracks in an effort to make communication with the Wardens more efficient.

If you mean the Guard Auvreaeath, then you have moved a fairly ranked Warden, but he is by no means a Warden officer. This will increase communication drastically even though he is not an Officer.

The Vanguard is more of an organized reserve army, but an army, nonetheless. More communication is indeed required between the Wardens and the Vanguard, not only because of these hooded individuals, but even our nation's prestige in general.
