Royal Decree: Khronos, My Seneschal.

The king walked forward and stuck a parchment paper to the board, with a golden boarder that obviously showed its stature and royalty, as well as a red-wax royal seal on it. The rushing crowd tore the seal in two and the paper opened its body of text to the crowd.

Dear, Citizens of the Kingdom of Renatus;

I believe I have not made it clear nor well known of my second in command,

my Seneschal whom I trust very much, who has much experience and appeal,

I believe many of you know the man named Khronos of Talun-

and for those of you that is good, for he is once more

Seneschal.

As a Seneschal it is his duties to uphold our laws and like I, assist in all matters

domestic and foreign to ensure both civil security and laws are kept as we pass and

see fit and fair. A Seneschal should be willing and able to take up the duties of

King in the absence of the King and be as much a face of the Kingdom as the King.

I see Khronos as an extension of myself and what authority and power I have.

This is because not only do I trust Khronos but I have the up most

respect for him- as I believe many of you do too.

With that, Khronos may add anything he has to add to the bulletin board,
