Janos is NOT running for Seneschal

It seems that now , only Prince James or Chancellor Reynard can become Seneschal (( No Idea where this came from tbh :P )) , thank ye all for yer support when I attempted to become Seneschal , but it seems like that will not happen now.

I , Janos Baelish , am running for the honourable posistion of Seneschal. I am not going to beg for your vote , I am merely going to tell you what I would aim to achieve and then you can decide for yourselves , who you wish to vote for.

1. Security

One of my main aim's , should I achieve the posistion of Seneschal , would be to work closely with the High Constable and Knight Commander to improve the security of our great nation as we are quite new and I think that it is extreamly important that we instantly get our Military up to scratch. Recently I have seen an increase in the amount of bandits and low life criminals entering Galahar and robbing people in this very city! In my opinion , that is utterly unnaceptable and something must be down about it , something must be done about it now. We need to really rally the Pheonix Guards and Knights , find out who is doing their job and get rid of the slackers. We need the best and only the best to help protect our nation and quite frankly I dont see why slackers who never do a good job , should be allowed the honour. I would speak with the High Constable and Knight Commander , figure out who is doing well and they of course would be rewarded for their work and the slackers will be dissmissed and with speak of war , we need to be prepared for everything. I would plan on getting some regular patrols and the gates should always , ALWAYS be manned. I will also work with Count Boiendl to get some regular court cases up and running. With your votes and your support I would try the best I could to get this acomplished , that I promise.

Guards.

Recently , I have noticed that there have been many complaints from members of the public and officers in the Pheonix Guard that there is not enough discipline in the Pheonix Guard. That is also unnaceptable. As Seneschal I would do whatever I could to ensure that the Pheonix Guard only have men or women that respect their higher up's and do as they are ordered when they are ordered to do it. In my opinion members of the Pheonix Guard that don't listen and do not obey orders , should not be in the Pheonix Guard. I would also get some regular training going so that the Pheonix Guard have some decent sword skills and know how to handle themselves in a fight.

Knights.

The knights are meant to be Renatus's elite fighting force and I would expect nothing less than that. The Knights have been running into problems lately and I would do everything I could to assist the Knight Commander in fixing these problems , by ensuring that orders are followed and that respect is given to the higher up Knights. The Knights need to be honourable , respectful and good fighters. Any Knight that is not one of these things should , quite frankly be removed as we need only the best in the Knights.

2. Organization

As we are a new nation , it is extreamly important that our government is organized and we all know what we are doing , as we do not want members of the council running along like headless chicken's now do we ? We would have to ensure that each council member has something to do , and that they do it well so that we habe good organization and if we have good organization , we will have a higher efficency and therfore get more done to further improve our nation and make everybody inside it feel secure and safe , knowing that the nation is not going to fall into complete chaos.

3. Diplomacy

One of the last main thing's that I would do is get a diplomacy section , fully organized and working properly. The Kingdom of Renatus needs to get some experienced diplomats to get us some alliances with other stronger nations , so that we can feel safe and not have to worry about being attacked by another nation , which in turn will also greatly help The Kingdom of Renatus during the years to come , when we may need it most.

Oh my, I support this. This is the kind of people that must Run Renatus. Although Im not part of the kingdom. They realy need to improve their diplomacy system. And stop atacking random cities. ((Worst, that they atack this cities Metagaming and OOCly))

I was earl of talun , viceroy of oren , enors agent and I also assisted seneschal Khronos during enors reign and picked up many tips during this time

Janos, I have nothing against you. But due to our past experiences, I cannot support you. You tried to frame me for treason, which utterly failed, and you were possibly the most wanted man in Al'Khazar for a times. Even if Tarus forgave you, that does not clean you of your past crimes. Zebana, to me, is the better candidate, as he has a good amount of experience in the government under his belt.
