The only problem with me putting my paper up first is that Zibaen has plenty time to copy my aims , and then add his own twist to them , which I am hoping he has not done as that is what many people do and in my opinion if you do that , you shouldn't be in power. But I am sure Zibaen will not have done that. One last point I would like to make, note that this is nothing personal against Zibaen. When I was going around , figuring out what people wanted , I also asked them what they thought about Zibaen and almost every single person I asked had no clue who he was. Perhaps I misinterpreted what you said, though it sounded like you wrote Zibaen's papers. If this is the case, it does not show much care or commitment from the High Treasurer.
