Supertimmy4ever 19 Share Posted December 31, 2011 *you walk in to an inn and there you see a burned man talking to a group of dwarves, you are interested in his tale so you decide to listen. aye the purge i was there, but not to fight. i didnt want innocent people to die, and the dwarves to be there killers. no i was there fer peace. first i talked to King Eze'kiel, in Galahar. we wanted the same thing, and he asked me if i could talk with the dwarven clan leaders and the leaders of the purge. so i did, i asked people to stop this noncense, and i talked to a few leaders. but then i saw scum, and bandits coming to the purge.... they just wanted to kill people and destroy galahar. so i went back to Galahar to talk with Braxis, i told him that the Dwarven nation wasnt part of the purge, etc. back in the purge Algrim, Arcane and i decided to help galahar we wanted to protect the innocent. so we walked to the first gate, and some stupid guard didnt want to let arcane in because he saw him at the purge.... well after a lot of yelling and arguments we continued. the second gate was the hard one, Algrim was captured in the trap, but got out. Arcane just walked through. but i was captured in the trap. there i recognised a man who was at the purge, black robes, hooded with green lines. further there was another hooded man in black, but with blue lines. and there was a man with black hair, he looked like a sergeant to me. they thaught i was part of the purge, they wanted to kill me... i told them i wanted to help Galahar, the didnt believe me so they burned me. i screamed the pain was unberable, they trew water over me. the black haired man asked me why i was here, i said i also wanted to speak with the king again. then, then they turned burned me again, i felt the same pain only ten times worse. they trew water over me, and asked why i had talked to the king. i told them i wanted to stop the purge, and he wanted the same thing. then i told that the King thanked me. they burned me again, i think they liked it. i scream and..... i cried *the dwarf punches the table in anger, the table breaks. i was so mad at that point, i an old dwarf, cousin of thorik, a diplomat of Kal'Urguan, and those humans burn me for there own pleasure. then they asked me again, why the King thanked me. i told them, that he did that because i helped him. finaly they let me out, i fell on the stone cold ground. then i stood up, thanked them for letting me out, and i climbed the ladder. i was free, i was so happy, but i didnt have any power left so i fell in the snow. there i cried again, my beard and hair was gone, my pride as a dwarf was gone... i will now walk with a hood forever. after a few days i had a little grey beard, but 99% of my body is burned. i will never be a normal dwarf again... let this be a lesson for all of you guys, never trust another race... While it did make our decision that much 'arder, we didn't believe the actions of one squire would justify slaughterin' everyone in Galahar in what was bein' called a purge or genocide. Beneh 227 Share Posted December 31, 2011 This is all a big misunderstanding and over-reactions from the others. Think about it logicaly. You were travelling with KNOWN Purge Members into GALAHAR obviously guards are going to get stressed and panic because there is a PURGE MEMBER in the bloody city. They could have thought that you were spying or trying to kill the king , gaurds or anything. I admit , they made a mistake by torturing you (( I will make sure to speak with the squire if I find out his name )) , but surely you can understand why.
