Why is your character starting this village/settlement? What is its purpose?

For a long time, the Noble Family of the Grimsons have wandered. Carrying their belongings on them, they could not afford a real place to live. They carried their stories, their history, and when they died, lots of the family history was lost. Then, there small family started to die off. The family wasn't expanding, because they were separated far and wide they died and were forgotten, because of this, many didn't even know of the great Grimson House. When a letter came to Bryce, telling him of his Noble lineage, he was shocked, however, at the bottom of the letter more info was seeked. It told that his mother was dying and that the position of the Head of The House fell to Bryce. He looked up the history, and with the Undead attacks, the Grimsons were dying off. Bryce new they needed a house, as well, they needed to clear up their debts, as well as get ahead in life.

So Bryce, as the new head of the house set out to provide something that could not be given to them, VERY CHEAP houses, where people could live for almost nothing, letting them get ahead, as well as giving a small tax to the Grimsons to help themselves. Applewood would provide a place for the lower class, a place with many different trades, for when all live together, at the same point in life, friends are born. Just the same, the Grimsons have a place to support themselves, create a small home, start some businesses and create numerous trading empires! For themselves, and others, cheap prices could be given to the rest of Aegis, helping the poor afford food, and earning back their spot in Applewood.

What type of political system or leadership is within the village?

Applewood will be ruled by the Grimsons family, particularly the Head of the House, with a council of the Head of the Childs ((See Lore)). It will be a fairly strict against rules, and any rule breaking will mean banishment. The houses will be super cheap, with a small farm. They will be required to pay a small tax of food or minas each week. We may in time join a nation, or with other cities to create a nation, but the village will always be ruled, and headed by the Grimson.

What sort of behavior will residents exhibit? (Race relations, nation relations, etc.)

We will be a peaceful nation, trading and encouraging relationships with others, however the Grimsons are a proud family and stand for what they believe in. They will fight if needed, no matter who against. Tis often that thy Childs of Frido grow restless, they mean to fight, and stepping forward they may soon do that. The residents will be the most giving out of all. They are poor, know not much, and will show kindness to all, no matter their background. Applewood will be the place of opportunity, they will trade often, work hard and they will succeed in moving up in social standing.

Where would you prefer the town’s region be? Including a screenshot of the land would be nice (of game or map).

We seek land to build, caring is being picky, and being a place of opportunity, we will try our best, to do anything with anything! ((HOWEVER)) Being Applewood, we would prefer it in a forest. ((Almost like we cut down a spot in the forest and build in the middle of the forest))

Any other details (architecture, races, culture, etc):

((It is a small plot)) We will have the majority of the surface of farm land. Trying to get the residence back on their feet. Under the farm, a few meters down (so the water doesn’t cave it in) They will live, the majority of their house under the farm. All races free to live in Applewood, however being a Noble House of Elves and Humans, they are the preferred. With Orcs and Dwarves we have had some troubles in the past, deaths of family members, but being the land of opportunity we forgive easily. The houses will be built using the trees we cut down. The supplies from cutting down a bit of the forest.
