Hatred Towards Thorik.

OOC Post for all Dwarves.

Recently i have seen a lot of flaming posts towards Thorik and towards his responsibilities as a King, he has been active and actually puts out a lot of his in real life time to contribute to this server and to help the Dwarves. People have been complaining on the way he acts and does things which is not right because he hasn't done anything wrong OOCly or ICly.

Issue with Kilgrim

One complaint from the Dwarves was his issue with Kilgrim, Kilgrim had flamed him first in a post related to the Dwarves which also FM Williewonka01 pointed out to him, Thorik was informed of the flaming and spoke with Kilgrim in TS. Word's were exchanged names were called and it was forgotten afterwards. Now People are taking this as a major issue and using it against Thorik when he defended himself by saying to Kilgrim that he was only in-active for two days due to him getting new internet and this whole issue was blown out of proportion.

" Inactivity "

Thorik has not been in-active, he lives in the EU in Norway which is a 1 hour time difference from the UK. He is very active as a Dwarf and does several things not shown to others E.G He yesterday had a long RP conversation with Blundermore relating to the boat building for 2.0, he doesn't seem to be active for most US members because of the time cross which i was hoping most people would see. Now your argument could be that i see Arteh online but not them? that is because i tend to sleep late and get up very early during weekdays and weekends, not everyone can do this and not everyone does it. Also guys 2.0 is around the corner, no one is really RPing as much currently most people have quit until 2.0 and are waiting for it so yeah i think this is also blown way out of proportion and overly exaggerated as he is online most of the times and does several things. ( Better then most leaders of other nations may i add. )

Issue with Charles & Battleme

Charles and Battleme were told that they would become King once Thorik had left, Thorik never said he would leave definitely he also said he was thinking to leave and become a Dark Elf with Valen but he didn't and Charles and Battleme got annoyed that Thorik did not leave and most people thought he just did it to annoy them but he actually never said he would leave he just said he was thinking about it. It's not a big issue and really everyone is saying that you can't say " Maybe " without people thinking it is certain. So if he offered it to them once he left but chose not to left it is his decision not yours or anyones. Thorik isn't also staying just because of the Build team issue between Charles and Battleme but it's not the reason why he was staying. He decided like 2-3 days before that issue.

OOC & RP

Most people are getting confused between the two, he is a good king and a good guy in RP. He has done several things for the Dwarves, appointed Grand Councillors and let all the Dwarves have their voices heard by the skilled members of the council, given clans and Dwarves a more of a leverage over the Kingdom than just officials but people are undermining that and thinking he is actually a bad king? we have not lost a war under his rule, we have had no issue under his rule and really their is no RP reason for him to step down or give his king away, he is a good king and done nothing wrong other than OOC issues between him and some people WHICH IS BEING TWISTED COMPLETELY and used for the wrong purpose. Thorik has had issues with the Irongut clan with Kilgrim and their Friends E.G Charles and he really hasn't done anything wrong in those issues and i am sorry to say the Dwarves never did and will not run on Favouritism or bias views of anyone.

Braveaxes getting a lot of power.

One complaint by people were that the Braveaxes were getting to much power in the Grand Council and in Kal'Urguan. Thorik is the king and he is a Braveaxe and their is only him and Broski 2 members, that is not a lot it's only 2 people this whole issue is over-exaggerated and is not valid seeing as the evidence to back it up IS FALSE. Also from what i am seeing this is what everyone is wanting, everyone wants their clan members to excel including their clan but it's not the purpose of this kingdom and our community! we do not do this!

Please guys common lets stop this whole issue and lets calm down, we are a community of this server and we are here to enjoy this game not have OOC tensions or have arguments over petty things! Lets all calm down and be friends because personally i see nothing wrong with Thorik as king, infact most of us think he's doing a wonderful job and so are the Grand Councillors ( ^.^ ) so yeah guys please stop all of this argument and calm down because most of what your hearing is either false, or half the story.

He actually did, i asked him several times if he would stay with us Mori'Quessir, he agreed multiple times as i was extremely serious about the whole situation.

most of what your hearing is either false, or half the story.

Seems like you were misinformed youself, please don't claim things if you weren't there.

In the end i do not really care as i have had many laughs with Luchian in TS, to me he was a friendly guy and i will treat him back as such, it's up to him what he finds most enjoyable and that's what it's all about, having fun.

I do know about it lol he told me of the whole situation, also Thorik said he would but he never said it that would definitely! he was still deciding. Nothing was certain at that point.

Goldrim, To be honest I never decided. I was really leaning thorwards becoming a darkelf for a while. But I took a day off where I just thought about what I really wanted and I decieded to stay dwarf.

We need a thread (this one) that we can state our problems and such so thorik knows. I have tried to talk with Thorik in game but he doesnt response to tells which is fine cause he must be busy.

One thing that started his king ship off badly was he took my farm from me and sold it to Da_Empores or whatever and only paid me half of what I bought it for...I got the farm back but after some weeks and Da_Emprorrs was banned

We won 3 Orc wars and 1 Alrasian one the fact is though their was nothing up for the win :P
