Small 2-3 Sentence Description of yourself: I have a genius IQ and decent computer skills. I have roleplayed before, I can't say I'm amazing but most that I've roleplayed with enjoyed it.

How much time could you be on the server weekly?: Between 7 and 20 hours, though this may vary.

What do you know about Roleplaying? Give a definition of what it means to you.: Roleplaying is taking on the personalities and traits of one or more characters, to act out events and stories.

In your own Words, describe what Metagaming and Powergaming are. Metagaming is using knowledge gained out of character to change what a player does in character, so that, for example, if a player was told that they would come up against a monster who was weak against water, that player would then change his actions so that he or she had lots of water when they fought the monster. Powergaming is not immersing yourself in the game, for example simply playing to reach the highest level and have the best stuff, no matter what it takes, be it metagaming or forcing other players into roleplaying with them, or claiming every hit is a success before the other player has time to retaliate.

What do you expect this server will be like?: An immersive roleplay experience, with working economy and politics. I have searched for a server like this for a long time.

What other server(s) have you played on and why did you leave them?: I have never roleplayed on minecraft before, but I have on other games.

Character Name: Reman

What is your Race?: Elf

Biography(This should include the history of your character and his life as well as age, appearance and personality, etc.): My name is Reman, I am a twenty-three year old male Elf. I have brown hair and blue eyes, and wear a green, hooded outfit.

When I was a child, my mother died. My father took me under his wing and taught me to hunt. He was a forester, he told me. He took me to a group of men in a camp in the forest one day. He told them I was his son, and that I would be a new addition to their group. Myself, my father and the men hunted for many years. I began to notice that they left camp when they thought I was asleep and would come back early in the morning. This continued, no questions asked, until I was sixteen years of age. One morning they came back and told me my father had died. They told me that he had asked them long ago, that if he were to die before he told me himself, they would reveal their true purpose. They told me they were bandits. Murderers and thieves. They told me they would not try to stop me if I wanted to leave. I ran, not bothering to change out of the archer uniform they gave me. I went to the nearest town, where some men stopped me. They were guards, I realised. 'Woah, calm down boy. What's wrong?' I then replied; 'Bandits... *Pant* In... *Pant* Forest...' I continued panting, and the guards to me to the inn and got me some nice mead to calm me down. I drank the mead, and stayed in the town for a few weeks. I met some nice people, and a kind baker let me stay in his home. The baker got married and asked me to be his best man. I left of my own accord when he said they were having a baby, as I didn't want to be taking up too much space. I met a group of hunters in the market, and asked if I could join them. I hunted with them for many years. Eventually the most skilled hunters retired, and the rest of us disbanded. I have wandered since.

Your characters ambitions: I want to protect people from bandits. I will never hurt an innocent being, unless I feel it is required for the needs of a greater group. I want to learn magic, like in the tales my father told me.

Out in the Wilds, your character comes across a small cottage. Outside, there appears to be an elf struggling combat with two bandits. What does your character do? I watch for a minute to work out who is assaulting who. I then unsheath my knife, sneak up behind the bandits, signal to the elf to stay quiet and stab both of the bandits in the back. I proceed to ask the elf if they are feeling okay, and then search the bandits' bodies for any potions, weapons or armour that may be useful to me and check for any notes or maps that may tell me who they are, or where they come from.

Your character walks up to a shop in the middle of Al'Khazar. "Hello, my good sir!" says the shop owner. "What may I help you with today?" How does your character answer? 'My blade was blunted fighting some bandits outside. I'll give you a diamond if you sharpen it right now.'
