What do you know about Roleplaying? Give a definition of what it means to you.: Roleplaying to me is you yourself using a imaginary fictional character who you create as if it where a real person but with lore and creativity and allows you to do virtually everything within reason.

In your own Words, describe what Metagaming and Powergaming are. Metagaming is using out of character information in roleplaying. Powergaming is using force without really doing it like for example "bob throws 500 knives at jim" It can also mean you are like the toughest person on the server and you always succeed at everything you do.

What do you expect this server will be like?: Fun and cool.

Character Name: Skylorim

What is your Race?: Elf

Biography(This should include the history of your character and his life as well as age, appearance and personality, etc.): Skylorim grew up in a cottage in the wilderness of of King's Road. With the threat of bandits, folk who lived in those parts of Oren had to be strong. That is exactly what the Renigards were. At the age of 5 Skylorims mother died of illnesses that are still unknown. So for the rest of his life he was raised by his father. His uncle spent most of his time at the family cottage so it was one more person added to the father and son duo. Uncle would watch the house when the two traveled. At the age of 14 his uncle traveled into the wilds with a hunting party and never returned.

Years past and the bandit threat became greater. Skylorim was blossoming into a man. So he could defend himself better, but he still had much to learn about self defense. One spring night a group of bandits launched an attack on the Renigard household. The two hid in the house under the floorboard. Soon enough the bandits became frustrated with being unable to find the two, they set the house on fire. Knowing their future if they didn't get out of the house, the father and son sneaked out of the house without alarming the attackers, they continued running away when suddenly the sound of a bow rang out around the property. Skylorim turned to his dad to see and arrow in his father's back. The boy began to drag his dad away from the house. With great timing a pack of wolves attacked the bandits. He laid his dad down on soft grass. Life was leaving his eyes. Skylorim knew there was nothing he could do. Turning towards the bandits he realized that there was no need for revenge. The pack of wolves had slaughtered them. A grave stone appeared on that property over the next few days.

Skylorim knew there was nothing left for him there. He left his destroyed home and his fathers grave. Oren split within days of him leaving home. He wandered until news of Verge being the way out reached him. Then he began his travels toward the Verge. He boarded one of the ships and went to the land of which was promised to save him. They soon arrived to Asulon. He began to seek a place to settle. He raised him self a little camp, not so far from the coud temple. And there he stayed. For now...

Your characters ambitions: To start own kingdom, mightier than any other.

Out in the Wilds, your character comes across a small cottage. Outside, there appears to be an elf struggling combat with two bandits. What does your character do? Skylorim will help the elf by defeating the bandits. When bandits are defeated, Skylorim aks no reward. He knews that he has done the right thing.

Your character walks up to a shop in the middle of Al'Khazar. "Hello, my good sir!" says the shop owner. "What may I help you with today?" How does your character answer? "Do you sell ale? I'm willing to pay from it"

But don't lose hope! After two days you can re-apply which gives you plenty of time to fix up your application and plan it out, as well as use all the advice I am about to give you to make it spot on. Also check out the links at the bottom of this page, trust me they really help.

This is how you can improve:

You said that "Metagaming is using out of character information in roleplaying.", which also covers if someone says "Sorry guys, gtg! Tea is ready!". That is definately not metagaming. Please be a little more clear with your definition, an example would also help.

Your biography needs to show a description of your character, as well as its personality. With these things do not be lazy and just write he is tall and likes to carry around a bow. Get descriptive, write what he looks like down to the last mole or freckle (if he has any), his discerning features such as scars etc. Same thing goes with the personality, do not just write "He is a nice guy", get creative (but make sure you are realistic).

The age of elves in Lord of the craft is different then other games. The elven lifespan goes on for thousands of years, which also means that they mature a lot less slowly. Take cat's for example, they mature at around 2 years of age but their life span is much shorter. A human brain fully matures at around 25 years of age (although female brains sooner). So imagine a creature which lives for thousands of years. A fully matured elf would be a little over 200 years old, so take that into consideration when choosing the age of your character.

The RP situations need quite a bit of work. You attacked the bandits did you? That's fair enough. What happened? How did you attack these bandits? You need to describe the situation. But also remember you cannot just "attack" bandits in Lord of the Craft. There is another player on the end of that keyboard, you cannot just run up to someone and kill them. You need to first RP with them, or you will get banned for No-Rp killing. Make the situation realistic. Obviously you are not going to go into that fight (which is a two on one, unless of course the elf helps you OR you are travelling with some buddies, your choice!) Make things up, but make them realistic. Have fun writing this, I expect to see at least a paragraph next time.

The second RP situation although longer is bland and needs some work. This situation has been done thousands of times, player walks in, player buys something, player leaves. Get creative with this! This isn't just another question where you write the generic answer, this is your application to Lord of the Craft and you need to get creative with this. This is a role-play server, you will need to use your imagination in-game, so it is best to get started now. :)

You need to embed your skin into your application. You can do this by following these simple steps:

1. Go to the link you provided and right click on the image of the skin (it is to the right of the moving one).
