RolePlaying is pretending you somebody else as if were really you.

In your own Words, describe what Metagaming and Powergaming are.

Metagaming- Using OOC(Out-of-character) informations IG(In-game).

Example: You see where is gang house located in forum, and you use it in game to "assault" them.

Another one: You see player's name above his head, and you see him first time, so you just say: "Hi, Purge Mcgee( if he got that name).".. So.. you see now? Using OOC info IG.

They may also be a player who tries to force others to participate in role-playing they don't want to engage in.

Aeron is a rancher, raised in a farm he seeks adventure and excitement, but cant due to his parents illness he must stay and take care of them.

one day when he was watching cows in the meadow he heard a shout"Fire! Fire!" he then rushes to the fire only to know it was his farm his parents were left inside, the neighbors tried to throw water but had no effect. A few minutes later the house was left in ashes, aeron was weeping when he saw his parents burnt corpses he then found a clue, his father was stabbed in the back with a knife, "HE WAS MURDERED!" shouted aeron he then took his fathers old iron sword and his uncles old clothes walking away from the burnt house infused with rage.

Aeron was walking in the woods when he saw an elf trying to defend himself he then rushes to the help.

I'll say "I need bread and beef" and give him 10 minas

Accepted. Your definition of powergaming and metagaming were very good. Before the Gm's implement the app, I would read up on the nations and lore to get a better understanding of the server.
