The End Of The Loken Line...

*You see a piece of parchment, hanging on a branch*

I come today with a sad tale, today we mourn James Loken, son of Garviel Loken, and a dear friend of the former Renatus, now Empire. His tale cam to an end, after taking things too harshly, for he loved Tarus, like a son to a father. This boy, not 19 years of age, was killed, by arrow. As he shouted his rage, and cried for Tarus back, his death was sealed. As he cired his call, in the slums of Renatus "Death to the False Emperor!" he was found. He did't mean it, not it truth, but the new Empire, is a harsh one. This marks the end of the line os Lokens, unless Magnus can produce an heir, and there is only one who he has feelings for. But that is not our tale, our tale is that of the brave child, but no, that is wrong, he wasn't a child, he was a man. And he died, from the shot of a coward, who can't even show his face. Never shall he love again, or feel the approval of his friends, such as Aryon, Boiendl, Throdo, and others. But that was not what stabbed at his heart, nay, it was him never even saying a farewell, to Tarus. That was his last wish, and it was taken, it was taken by the Imperial dog, that hold one hand out in peace, and with the other, hold a sword, ready to strike those down, who threaten to expose the Empire rotting core, from it's blanket of kindness. Maybe he will be a hero, if Tarus returns, but he will be a villian, if these dogs remain. And now, we say our farewells, to James Loken, lover, friend, son, and man. . .

*The letter ends, and it starts to rain, as if the world was saying farewell to James*

*Reynard asks help from the guards to help him take the body to the cemetery, the he asks Boiendl to preside over the service of a lost member of the nation, Reynard digs up the grave himself then speaks a few words*

Never do I joy in the death of any of my people. My daughter adopted I already have lost and I knew this man, James Loken, to be faithful to our nation, no matter the circumstances. I am saddened that he died with anger in his heart and I hope that the gods will bless him in the afterlife. May he rest at peace, and I hope he knows that I never had anything against him for his words, he spoke in honor of Tarus, who left us to save our nation from instant destruction. May he know that I will continue to serve the nation ever to help and may he know the bliss of eternal peace.

*Stands quietly mourning the young lad*
