A Note To Salvus Officials

Dear Officials of this 'Nation' of Salvus,

This is a formal, anonomous complait about the attitude and behaviour of some of your men. They are generally rude, ignorant and idiotic arseholes. I am faced with negative comment, abusive behaviour and accusations on a daily basis, even after charges against me have been dropped.

You lot really should teach your little soldiers some manners - at some point, they'll regret behaving like a bunch of spoilt little children, believe me.

You'd best also let them know that they don't have jurisdiction outside your lands, they think they do! Lessons on respect, and manners would be useful, after all they're barely even soldiers, just a bunch of kids in armour.

Sort your little soldiers out - before someone else has to.

*reads the note and says to himself* "People always seem to have a complaint but they never seem to give any names" (( ooc seriously we need names we can't punish peacekeepers for reasons without knowing which peacekeepers are doing bad things. Also I would like to know how the peacekeepers are causing trouble outside our lands I am one of the most senior peacekeepers and I rarely leave Solace and from what I normally see day to day the other peacekeepers seem to do the same please make sure that actual peacekeepers are causing trouble and not posers before making these complaints ))

(( even still I would like to give the peacekeepers in question a good ooc buggering due to the fact I hate it when the peacekeepers name keeps getting slandered it makes me angry because most of us are good and polite. He takes a piece of weathered parchment from his satchel and swiftly scribes a small yet prominent message before very aggressively pinning it into the notice board with an already damaged arrow. It reads:

" All peacekeepers, recruits or otherwise are to report directly to myself as soon as they see this message. Failure to comply will be dealt with harshly. Peacekeepers who are found guilty of using their rank or posotion outside of the Salvian borders will be dealt with. If any have been found to have committed acts of treachery or otherwise diminishing of our nation's staure you will also face consequences. "

Amandia slides into Salvus, sneaking through the alleys, hooded, before coming up to the gatehouse, noticing the second note.

She smiles as she reads the second note...

"At last, they'll be dealt with..."

She hears armour clattering on the other side of the gatehouse, and turns away, running down the street towards her campsite.

* looks over the note and angrily pulls out a parchment, scribing his own note for the Peacekeepers to see.

"If I hear of ANY Peacekeepers using their position in the Salvus military, outside of Salvus, in lands outside of their jurisdiction, I will make sure to punish them severely and have them stripped of their rank. While I am yet to see any Peacekeepers leaving our lands, I will make sure to keep an eye out for any suspicious behaviour in the future. If whoever wrote the original note can inform me of who did this, that would certainly make things easier for me in finding out who was responsible for this outrageous and unacceptable behaviour"

''If I knew their names the complaints wouldn't be going to you, they'd be to my friends. I've seen many a 'peacekeeper' wander from Salvus, and treat citizens harshly because they think that the land is under their jurisdiction.

The other day I was approached by one peacekeeper, who's friend has been sold into slavery, and he accussed me of being the slaver. He hushed his tongue eventually.

I do not wish to see your men being expelled from their ranks, that'd just make easy prey, and I prefer a challenge when doing my work.... What I want to see is them being taught what discipline is, and shown manners.

Your men claim to keep the peace, whilst mant act as the common bandit, and attempt to assault and rob innocentsin Salvus' name.

I remember the faces of those who it was. They'll be sorry before the end.

Be aware if you accuse a peacekeeper of action outside his jurisdiction you are actually outside of Salvus. If you fool around in the human camp, half way between the temple and Solace - you are in Salvus. If you cause mischief in the woods of Midonia, you are in Salvus. Don't mistake Solace for Salvus as a whole, like most people do.

But this is not, by any means, an excuse for misbehavior by the peacekeepers, when they interact with you.
