An application to apply for slavehood will discern from who deserves to become a slave and who does not. Slavery is a serious role in the roleplay and thus must be taken seriously and an application will act as a filter in this regard.

I believe a minimal amount of references should be based on what levels of slavery you want. Like if you want 1a, 2, and 4c; You would require 7 references. But only 3 if you wanted 1b,3a, and 6d.
