Walking by drinking, he notices the note. Laughing at it he tosses his whole flask of ale on it, drenching it and ruining the text. He says, rather calmly being a steady drinker, "Oh look at little Wrath, issuing threats. You make yourself so obvious..." He then walks off chuckling a bit.
