"The village of Mireton has drawn my attention. I, Thorvald Hrothgar, am currently staying in the city of Solace, but looking for suitable living quarters. Before I make the final decision, I hope to have a couple questions of mine answered.

To begin, where is Mireton located? Is there a blacksmith position available? I wouldn't consider myself an expert, but I am adequately trained. If need be, I am willing to be an apprentice.

My fiance Merenwen and I (Calan Forrohir) would be much obliged if we could set up residence in your town. Merenwen is wonderful with the pickaxe and has a knack for finding iron ore and the like although alchemy is her true calling. I myself am a Bard, but I make decent money farming. Currently we've been roaming the wild but found trouble with thieves and bandits. So, We've decided to seek more permanent residence in the city. We hope Mireton extends us a warm welcome

Yup. I'm not 100% sure but I think you have to be atleast 50% human. And you can't be 50%> dwarf. But as I said, I'm not sure.
