When FMs issue a warning they have to give a reason-and members can click the "Warn Status" text above their warning level in order to get up to date info on their warnings, including warn dates as well as notes from FMs. However only moderators and up can see this.

That defeats the purpose, since the moderators type the warning out to the person, not for other moderators to view. Know what I mean? ;)

Well I did change the color... But I don't see where there's a problem permissions wise on viewing :<!

Are normal players able to unlock their topics even when a FM/GM Locked them? If so that would defeat the entire purpose of us being able to lock a persons topic

edit: the only thing i can tell at the moment is that i can have up to 1000 messages in my inbox, which definitely helps with all the applicants
