The Arena - To Swiftnative

I have Noticed that we have an Arena but has no contenders or Master, so i would like to ask if i could become The Arena master and look after it and hopefully host games. As i'm usually in the city looking out for any threats, and have not seen blood shed since the killing of the Traitor Mayctor i have grown bored and need some entertainment, and deadly combat seems just the thing to fix my problem, also i believe you might enjoy yourself and could even win a few bets.

I also have ideas for improvement, so please consider this idea. If you want to meet somewhere to talk more on this subject i would be most greatful. I would also be willing to pay for it, as if it is a Success i'm sure the minas would flow in.
