Thu'um 530 Share Posted April 22, 2012 ~~ OOC Post for Informative Purposes ~~ I have determined that overall our military requires extensive training and also reformation to ensure its' success. I am currently at this moment disappointed of how bandits simply walked into Sarun and created an uncalled for event. Therefore, I've taken the liberty to creating a process that shall administer 'ID Documents' to all known citizens. I was thinking of how Hanseti administers citizens and individuals into their nation, an individual must pay 500 minas. For Seventis, you won't have to pay anything. However, we must have it so all people who wish to enter must undergo a process that will be comprised of some of these ideals: If any convicted bandit's name and face are known, their face may be painted upon paintings in the admission room to ensure wanted criminals are perhaps eradicated and have little to no chance to entering. There will be a lift system to go down to a large room comprised of a multitude of book cases. Each book case will have a book (document contained a citizens information) and a sign on the book case indicating who the citizen is. If the citizen is a known bandit, the document will read not to allow him/her in. ~~~ FOR FIRST TIME CITIZENS / UNKNOWN INDIVIDUALS ~~~ - First, the Guard on duty shall ask the individual to remove his/her hood, helmet, or mask. - Second, The Guard shall ask for the individuals name. Now at this point, the person who is entering should have their face revealed. So notable threats such as known bandits will be fleshed out. - Third, The Guard shall record the individual's name into a book. (No MC name because really MC Names are metagaming) - Fourth, The Guard will ask the individual to remove their armor and drop it off in an admission point. (They won't physically drop their belongings, it is for RP sake. If someone withdraws their weapon in the city they would be breaking the rules unless they have a VA and lied and snuck in with their belongings.) - Fifth, If everything is verified and checked out, the first gate will be opened, and then the second gate opened after they have passed through. ~~~ FOR SECOND TIME / EXISTING CITIZENS ~~~ - As disclosed before, the Guard shall ask for the individual to remove their helmet, hood, or mask. - The Guard will then ask the Citizen for their name. - The Citizen/Individual will wait at the admission point for the guard to check the records, if the citizen's name exists and has a clean record then Step 4: - The citizen will proceed to enter, without dropping off his/her weapons as they are a verified citizen.
