Why is your character starting this village/settlement? What is its purpose?

It is to make a fresh community, to have a place where people of various trades can put their tools to use. The citizens will mostly be trained warriors, either by trade or by talent. If not a combatant, the farmers will be protected by the other citizens, with a less specific military status.

My character feels it is time for a new Human area to be formed, and although this is not much yet; He wants it to become great, culture and fame. Victor is the kind of man who would like to see his people happy, smiling, not grim-hearted by war and death. So he feels duty in the fact he must kick start an area of this purpose. Although not a peaceful Village in any way, Minathael is not one to leave out political engagement before military.

What type of political system or leadership is within the village?

The town would be led by a male leader, referred to as patriarchy. Female members of the community, however respected would not be trusted with a main role inside the Village. This is because most males think of the females as either weak or incapable. However, respect is given through the trusting of their crops, and the welfare of their children.

What sort of behavior will residents exhibit? (Race relations, nation relations, etc.)

Although the town is happy to invite newcomers it is still a close and tight community where everyone knows each other. They are not real racists but they feel more comfortable around dwarfs and humans than around orcs and elves, yet there are exceptions. This is mainly because Orcs can act very unpredictably, or at least are know to.

High Elves, disliked because of the general racist attitude most display. Victor implies to visitors that he doesn't like them so much because of this. And Dwarves, although at full peace, some jokes are often exchanged in good spirit.

As per other Nations, Minathael isn't going to stay small for long, and thus will gain allies and enemies along the way. Victor has his eyes set on certain places and locations, in which will become clear if he is successful in his current endeavour.

Where would you prefer the town’s region be? Including a screenshot of the land would be nice (of game or map).

This area is very close to Salvus, so close that we may need permission for it, however since it is under some kind of overtaking, we presume this to be a suitable tactic.

Any other details (architecture, races, culture, etc):

The architecture of the Village will resemble farming or agricultural cities. Using wooden carvings in logs and planks and various designs. It is common for the Village to have a creative element because of their lack in military strength.

Note the wooden plank border is for reference only, this Village will have no walls!

Also, the military practices of the Village will be moderately unique. As the community stay in tight contact with each other, their tactics are usually known by the whole Village. Tactics which involve things such as hiding in the house basements, waiting for the enemy and surprise attacking, and other similar concepts.

Duties of the Typical Citizen;

Each citizen is expected (Not required) to have some kind of combative skill, mainly the males.

Women are usually expected to tend to farm patches and work on architecture and design, clothing, stitching and sewing. However, Maidens of the Sword and Shield may participate in battle. Though it isn't a common sight.

Each citizen is expected to keep their commons tidy, and act as if Minathael is their home, which in most cases it is.

This includes following the laws set by the Lord and Governor, and not soiling the chances of future engagement with other Nations.

Typical outlook of the Village

Many people may call this Village a seat of entertainment, with promise it will display inns and farms, a grand palace and stables. With succession the Village will grow into a large community of close friends and family, everyone will be known by everyone, and if not they will be.

Once united the five or more players will commune and decide the leading positions,

For instance, if you, Rom and Danny were wanting to be some kind of leading role, you would nominate yourselves, and we'd all come to a decision.
