This news of a Seventian "Plague" interested him. Seventis was the closest power to the Spectre lands, and Relgard had often considered plans to gain power and expand to the area. Troubled by the lack of word from his agents, he looks for a way he can benefit from this in the meantime. A moment later, an idea hits him. The Spectres need Funding, and the afflicted might be willing to try anything. He prepares some notes, which are later posted around the Temple and Seventian Area.* "I HAVE FOUND THE CURE! A concoction of rare herbs and materials has worked on curing the plague! We tested this on a plagued citizen we found wandering the wilds, on the brink of death, and Within a day, his illness was gone! This could be your only hope! The ingredients are expensive, though. I will only be able to gather more if I charge for this! It is only 250 Minas for a bottle. If your illness is far advanced, it may take multiple bottles!
