* Ulric Ironheart strides into Tyr upon a white horse, wielding the banner of House Horen *

"My father asked me to lead this city to greatness. I swore to never follow him, he was a failure as a fighter, leader and father. I never took my rightful place as the Lord of Tyr simply to spite my father. I wandered Asulon, seeking a purpose. Prince Richard offered me hospitality. I was touched by his kindness and I swore to hold the banner of House Horen high in the sky and spread word of its greatness.

Then, disaster struck. Death, chaos, anarchy... Plague... Tyr, the last bastion of hope and survival left in Seventis, my father's legacy and my destiny. Walls will be constructed to keep the pestilence out. Our farms will not be tainted by the disease. A strict curfew will be enforced and any infected found withing the boundaries of the city, will be executed immediately and their bodies will be burned. Should the curse enter the city, drastic measures will be taken in order to preserve the purity of the city. I ask that, although we will not allow the infected into the city, we remain peaceful and civilized should anyone or anything approach us. I will not lose control. We must fight! The plague will only be ended if we take every precaution possible to stop it's spread!"
