About the No metagaming is this a surpise attack? If so Conquest (Taking owner perms) can not be a surpise attack. Only Pillages (Doing Building damage/looting) can be Surpise attacks.

I kept it short because i didnt want anyone to know much about us. It clearly states that we want it for a trade and work port. It also shows that it will start our characters fight for independence.

It does not matter, you still have give an in depth reasoning for why you are doing this, if everyone else can and does do it, so can you. If I were to post a war claim saying I want Arethor I wouldn't post a two sentence paragraph and say "Oh I like the color of the walls, I think I will take it!"
