Do you have a good grip on the English language/good grammar?: Yes sir!

Small 2-3 Sentence Description of yourself: I'm a teenager. I like gaming, anime, and other teenager-y things. I have also been in a few school plays and I enjoy singing.

How much time could you be on the server weekly?: The server time I am able to put in would generally differ from day to day, but on average I should be about to put in one or two hours minimum daily.

What do you know about Roleplaying? Give a definition of what it means to you: Roleplaying is similar to acting in that you need to have a certain demeanor or act about you, but roleplaying differs in the fact that you are the same character all the time, and you honestly become that character.

What experience have you had in Roleplaying, if any?: I have almost no experience. I'm sure acting doesn't count.

In your own Words, define what the act of Meta-Gaming is: Meta-Gaming is basically using the power that comes from an external source and letting it deeply affect your gameplay.

In your own Words, define what the act of Power-Gaming is: Power-Gaming is basically turning yourself into one of those people you see on PvP servers, VIPS in enchanted Diamond armor killing unarmed newbies.

What do you expect this server will be like?: I think it'll be fun, shoot!

What other server(s) have you played on and why did you leave them?: None.

How did you hear about us?: I saw the server come up whilst surfing the web, and I couldn't keep my nose out of it.

Have you previously made an Application? If so could you link us to your last Application?: Nope. This is my first one.

Character Name: "I am Rayn Drilnoth."

What Race are you?: "I am an elf."

What Sub-Race are you? (note, you aren’t required to have a sub-race): "I have no true sub-race. I am your average wood elf."

Biography (Please make this at least 2 paragraphs long. This must include the history of your character and his life as well as age, appearance and personality, etc.):

"You want to know who I am?" *draws her golden sword, freshly polished and ready for a kill*

"I am Rayn of seven storms."

OOC: She's an elf that appears to be fifteen or sixteen, but is actually a few thousand (you lose count after 7,378). She grew up in a highly sophisticated city lost to time itself. She ran away as a mere babe, living in the wild, until she found a golden sword lying on an old man's body. She picked it up and used it to fight off the monsters in the surrounding area, the probable cause of his death. She lost half of her face to a forest fire, although the damage was only on the surface. She speaks very little to strangers, but has been known to make close friends. She wears a deep red cloak, has pink hair, one red and one green eye, wears black robes, and golden chest plate and boots. She hates vegetables (although apples are acceptable) and she has a deep passion for cake.

What is your Character's ambitions?: "I chose the path I walk on today, and that is to rid the world of the rising evil I can sense deep in my bones."

What is your character’s favorite tool? (sword, pickaxe, shovel, etc): "I believe my display with my sword was quite enough proof of what I am capable of."

What is one of your Character's most skilled talents? Rayn is quite a mix of talents. But you can guess that from the 'seven storms' title that she's a fast and deadly opponent.

Whilst traveling from the Cloud Temple you see a small halfling, being harassed by two armed warriors. They appear to be trying to steal money from him, how does your character respond?

*steps toward the warriors.*

"Men, have you no shame?" *draws her sword* "Run, halfling. I'll take care of these cowards."

*makes quick work of them.*

Your character wanders into Alras, and comes across a small stall, behind which a well dressed man is standing. He’s offering various wares, the merchant turns to you and says in a posh accent " 'ello there, what can I do you for today?" What is your character response?

"Nothing, sir. I am only looking."

Whilst wandering in the wilds, your character comes across a small hut, which looks abandoned. Inside it you see a chest containing a few iron bars, and a golden sword. How would your character respond?:

"Hm..looks abandoned. I hope the poor soul who died here rests in peace. I had best not disturb it."

Hungry and lost in the wilderness, you stumble across a small trading camp nestled among the forest, they greet you you in the common tongue, how do you respond?

"Hello sirs. Do you have anything to eat and drink? I have been wandering in the woods for some time, and I am very hungry."

You hear word that bandits occupy the road outside the town in which you have been staying. The town guard have gathered, and are asking for assistance to help eliminate them. The leader of the party is offering a reward for any who offer their support. How does your character act on this information?:

"Where are they hiding?"

Guard: "Just past the ridge to the west. Hurry please, we desperately need your help."

"Stay here and remain calm. I'll take care of them."

*runs to the ridge in time to see the bandits attacking a human along the rode. Makes quick work of the bandits and helps the poor adventurer to his feet. Upon return, she refuses the reward.*

"It's quite alright. I have enough money already."

*walks off into the distance.*

Primarily, your definitions for powergaming/metagaming are incorrect. Please use the link below for an accurate definition for both the terms. Then, in your next application, please restate the definitions in your own words.

Secondly, it would seem ridiculous to have a young-looking elf to be the age of 7,378. As far as I know, no elf has ever surpassed the prime age of 1,200. More details can be read here: http://www.lordofthecraft.net/wiki/wikka.php?wakka=Elves

Thirdly, I would try adding some more lore into your biography. Read about our backstory, our cultures, and nations on the wiki, forums, and/or main website. There are myriads of things you can add into your biography to make it more flavourful. Try including city names, nations, and even notable events! It would definitely help your application become more diverse and acceptable.

Then, there is also the matter of questionable powergaming in your Open Response Questions. Taking out two armed warriors is quite a large feat, and unless there were more details about the battle, I am afraid it cannot be accepted.

Lastly, your Open Response Questions are severely lacking in dialogue and more interactions. Please make the responses more dynamic so that they have a layer of depth. Add more conversations, include what your character would say! Full elaborate on what your character would think and react! The more depth that you show, the better your application will become! The possibilities are endless!
