Do you have a good grip on the English language/good grammar?: I have an excellent grip on the English language and English grammar. I am an excellent speller and rarely ever make a grammatical error.

Small 2-3 Sentence Description of yourself: I am 15 years old and am currently on my 3 month vacation so I have a lot of free time! Every day I like to relax and play Minecraft. I usually prefer pvp servers but for a while now I have become very interested in Role-playing servers!

How much time could you be on the server weekly?: I have plenty of free time on my hands and could play on the server every day for at least 4 hours.

What do you know about Roleplaying? Give a definition of what it means to you: I understand that Role-playing involves taking on the role of a character. You live out adventures and quests through the eyes of your character. Your character can be anything from a humble farmer to prestigious royalty and all it takes is a little imagination.

What experience have you had in Roleplaying, if any?: I have been on several other Role-playing servers before. Most were quite mediocre but a few were very interesting but were unfortunately shut down. I found that creating a character and living through their eyes was very enjoyable but lately I have been looking for a server that takes Role-playing to the next level!

In your own Words, define what the act of Meta-Gaming is: Is the act of using outside or previously gained knowledge within a gaming universe to give yourself an unfair advantage.

In your own Words, define what the act of Power-Emoting is: Is forcing actions onto another player without allowing them to fight back or have a chance to stop or prevent your actions. For example, Solomon shoots a fireball at Simon killing him instantly. It is unfair as it doesn’t allow Simon to have a chance to fight back and gives Solomon an unfair advantage.

What do you expect this server will be like?: Honestly, I think this server will exceed my expectations! I’ve heard hundreds of amazing reviews about your server and I spent hours reading your server Wiki! I’ve heard so many positive comments that I can’t wait to see the server in person!

What other server(s) have you played on and why did you leave them?: I have been on many servers but unfortunately, many have been shut down! I do occasionally go onto a few servers but most are pvp and for a while now I’ve been looking for a server with something more. An example of a server I occasionally go on is 200 Proof Vanilla.

Have you read, understood, and agreed to the rules?: Of course! There’s a reason why servers need rules! Without rules a server would crash and burn!

Do you promise to abide by said rules, and laws? This includes the Server, Forum, and Teamspeak set Rules: Of course! Rules are rules and laws are there for a reason! I have no problem agreeing with a few simple guidelines that provide a more enjoyable experience!

How did you hear about us?: I looked up amazing Role-playing servers and this was the first option! Upon further reading i learned that this is the world’s most popular server!

Have you previously made an Application? If so could you link us to your last Application?: I have made one previous application! There were a few problems that I have now changed and I hope I won’t have to make another one!

Character Name: Trazic Darkroot

What Race are you? (You may only be Human, Orc, Elf or Dwarf!) :Human

What Sub-Race are you? (note, you aren’t required to have a sub-race): As far as my family tree goes I am a Southeron.

Biography (Please make this at least 2 paragraphs long. This must include the history of your character and his life as well as age, appearance and personality, etc.): An energetic child, given the name Trazic, after the healer. His dark brown hair was similar to his parents but his golden eyes were something different. His perfect face and complexion made him considerably beautiful, but he wasn’t interested in the selfish people of the town. He was raised in a dark town in the forgotten wilderness of the Kingdom. His family were affected badly by the dark influences. Despite his dark upbringing he refused to follow in his families footsteps. He was generous, caring and considerate which sadly, made him unpopular in his Community. He often escaped the sinister atmosphere that enveloped the small town. He travelled to the Cloud Temple and was always welcomed despite his dark untrusting appearance. The monks would give him food and he would read in the library. It was quiet there. He often read about magical sorcerers and mages who had magical abilities. He was deeply impressed and dreamed about learning to develop magical powers. It was there he discovered his magical capabilities. He could heal things, flowers, cuts and more. He also found that he could move things, without touching them. The monks were shocked at his quick development.

He always dreamed about helping people but his community were less than supportive. After announcing his intentions to his friends and family at the festival of ale, he was exiled from the town in disgrace. He wandered the wilderness. Lost for weeks and on the verge of starvation he reached the Cloud Temple. He collapsed on the stairs of the temple and when he awoke he was in the infirmary. The monks healed him and allowed him to stay at the temple provided he learnt the ancient magic of the monks. It was slow-progressing work but he made considerable progress and his abilities begun to develop. After learning basic spells and earning money from generous travellers, he left the temple and headed off to Arethor, the capital city of Asulon. Trazic is young, only 18, but his dream is clear, he wants to learn the ancient craft of magic and wants to change the world for the better. He plans to join the mages Guild and rise in ranks and improve his abilities.

What are your Character's ambitions?: My Character has many ambitions. Despite his dark background, my characters ambitions are good. He wants to forget his sad past and help the world in any way he can. He is intrigued by his abilities of magic and hopes to one day become a master.

What is your character’s favorite tool? (sword, pickaxe, shovel, etc): His favourite tool are his hands. He wants to use his hands to create magic and change the world around him. His hands are the only weapon he needs and he believes that his possibilities are limitless.

What is one of your Character's most skilled talents? Although his talents seem rather minuscule, his magical capabilities are powerful and developing quickly. His talent in healing is especially powerful considering his lack of training.

Other Information about your Character: My character is a confident, energetic person. He believes in doing things for the greater good and is interested in the magic of healing, commonly used by the Monks of the Cloud Temple. Although his magic is minuscule he plans to increase his magical capabilities and one day become a master.

Whilst traveling from the Cloud Temple you see a small halfling, being harassed by two armed warriors. They appear to be trying to steal money from him, how does your character respond? Trazic would quickly approach the guards and would confidently say “You are guards. You are supposed to protect citizens, not steal from them!” I wonder how your superior would respond if they knew you were attempting to steal money from children! Trazic would be sickened by these guards and would despise them wondering how they could possibly live with stealing from children! He would escort the child away from the guards and would return the Halfling to their home and explain to the parents what happened.

Your character wanders into Alras, and comes across a small stall, behind which a well dressed man is standing. He’s offering various wares, the merchant turns to you and says in a posh accent " 'ello there, what can I do you for today?" What is your character response? Although Trazic would be naturally skeptical of these rich merchants, he would be curious at what this merchant was selling. He would ask “Do you have any books to do with magic? I may be interested!” Although Trazic can’t seem to trust the merchant he would be intrigued to know about anything that the merchant has to offer. Naturally, Trazic would be eager to find out any new information and would be struggling to maintain his neutral expression. If the merchant did in fact have an interesting magical book, trazic would forget his natural skill of bartering and would insist on buying it, even if he was exploited and overcharged by the merchant!

Whilst wandering in the wilds, your character comes across a small hut, which looks abandoned. Inside it you see a chest containing a few iron bars, and a golden sword. How would your character respond?: Trazic would be confused at why anyone would leave bars of iron and a sword of gold here! Trazic would then wonder if maybe someone did in fact live here. He would take the iron but would leave some food any money, clearing his conscience of any doubt and guilt. He would rush back to the mages guild and research any recipes to do with iron bars. He would love to make a potion to impress the guild master.

Hungry and lost in the wilderness, you stumble across a small trading camp nestled among the forest, they greet you you in the common tongue, how do you respond? Trazic would thank the god Aeriel for blessing him. Naturally he would be cautious but he was hungry and lost and after politely introducing himself he would quickly ask if they had any food to spare. He would offer to heal anyone wounded in exchange and would ask if they could point him in the right direction to the nearest town. He would be gracious and thankful to the people of the camp and would give them whatever possessions he could spare.

You hear word that bandits occupy the road outside the town in which you have been staying. The town guard have gathered, and are asking for assistance to help eliminate them. The leader of the party is offering a reward for any who offer their support. How does your character act on this information?: He would be unsure at first. Trazic does not fight unless in self-defense but wouldn’t want to let the guards go in without help, especially if it was to get rid of bandits. He would say to the guard leader “I am not skilled in armed combat but I can heal anyone who is injured during battle.

Anything else you would like to say?: Trazic is a caring, considerate person who believes in doing things for the greater good. He would prefer to stay away from direct contact but would help heal or defend the group in any way he could.
