Helaine nods, "We can finally settle into the Great Hall." Balian smiles, "The greatest building in Asulon...Built by our very own, Halvard Bennett." Helaine nods, "I shall create a few posters..."

It is I once again, The Duchess of Auvergne. Again, I am seeking to sell one of our prized possessions. It is the great Ursakar keep. Where our great Duchy was born. We have moved on, to the Great Hall atop of Mount Tyr. Our keep features many amazing amenities...Which will be sure to fit your needs! You will be living in style with the Guivrets, in the capital of the Duchy!

Features

- Fully equipped dining hall with kitchen and seating.

- Bathhouse. Private, and a great place to stay clean.

Curious and always interested in spending the Mina, Elessar walks slowly up, cane in hand and hat sat firmly on his head. Quickly Elessar brushes down his uniform and straightens his many medals before then reading the poster.*

"Ahh, more things to spend my lovely Mina on. Where be this one then."

*Elessar then scourers across the numerous replies and intently reads them all making sure not a word is missed. After noticing that no bids have yet been placed and the end date of the auction rapidly approaching, Elessar pulls out a quill from his breast pocket and small piece of parchment from his side. He then quickly scribbles down a reply and pins it to the original poster.*

"I, Captain Elessar Silverblade, have seen your advertisement here and wish offer you a price for your little house or fort thing. Seen as you have received no other possible interest I offer you a price of 7500 Mina and no more."
