Morgrim gives Kjell a piercing gaze as his fist smashes down into the throne, letting out a slight crack.

"Weh attack t'e Uruk n' wut dae weh get? Land, vengeance? Weh 'ave 'ad our vengeance bae crushin' t'e Uruk at last battles, ah dunnae see t'e need fer more w'en weh foight such a weakened enemeh... Iv weh 'ave nae honour, wut t'e 'eck be weh foightin' fer?"

Gulroid sits in his seat as the meeting takes place around him. His elbows lay on the stone armrests, his forearms stretch up towards his face, and his fingers steeple in front of his mouth. He rests the tips of his fingers against his mustache and nose. While his body looks relaxed, his mind is fast at work as the Dwarves slung insults at Orcs and Humans alike. He frowns when Goruk hastily speaks up, but does not speak to silence his clan mate. Gulroid's brow furrows as Hodor speaks up, insulting Goruk and attempting to silence him. It's clear to Gulroid that Hodor's temper is easily kindled, a rather unfortunate and limiting trait in Gulroid's eyes. Somewhat to Gulroid's displeasure Goruk follows up his statements by apologizing to War Council, thereby conceding the argument to Hodor.

As Kjell begins to speak Gulroid once again listens intently. Gulroid's eyes scan the room as Kjell speaks. The mighty king has fallen on hard times. The Goldhand Clan leader has seen how many of the other Dwarves treat the once famous king, and paragon of their race. The disdain and blatant mockery proves that these Dwarves lack all honor entirely. For this reason Gulroid was not surprised when the Morgrim spoke again and countered Kjell's arguments. Gulroid's hands clenched into fists as the Grandaxe spoke of dishonor. Anger bubbled in the pit of Gulroid's stomach at the words presented. But as he was about to speak another Lord added his voice to the meeting.

Hiebe was right. It wasn't that often that Gulroid agreed with the Irongut but what he was saying now was the truth. If the roles were reversed, the Orcs would crush the Dwarves and run through each and every hold looting and pillaging. It was clear to Gulroid what actions were needed. As the Grandaxes words once again wash over him, Gulroid prepares to speak, something he usually refrained from doing at such meetings, but his words needed to be said.

((edited this part in)) As both Kjell and Morgrim speak again, Gulroid prepares what he wants to say.

Gulroid rises from his chair and addresses the war council. "Brothers..." he paused. "I do not see 'ow we can support a peace with de Uruks. There can be no peace. There will be no peace. By all means ye Grandaxes can go an' fight yer 'onorable foe, while ye make friends wif de greenskins. Go on, share der fire afore battle, drink yer ale wif dem after all yer victories." Gulroid's gaze falls on Morgrim

"I'm sure yer ancestors won' mind. I'm sure the Dwarven dead won' mind yer befriendin' de same creatures dat cut them down afore their due toime. There is still Gold'and blood on the fields of Kal'Alras. O it dried up long ago, but the earth 'as no' forgotten, the stone has no' forgotten, me axe 'as no' forgotten. Ye've got madness up there in yer head. 'ow many of yer brothers did ye return to de stone fightin' the Orcs? 'Ow Many lad? An' now ye want to be der allies? Are ye daft?"

Gulroid's eyes go back to the group. He raises his arm to Lord Hiebe. "Lord Hiebe be righ' if we were in der shoes dey wouldn' stop de attack." He motions to Kjell. "De Paragon be righ' also. We got dem runnin' backwards. We should press on the attack now."

Gulroid's eyes shift back to Morgrim. "Ye speak of 'onor? Go ask yer dead clansmates wha' dey died fer now that ye declared peace. Their sacrifice means nothin' now tha' ye declared peace. Yer precious 'onor that ye seem to speak so highly of does not exist. It washed into the stone along with the blood of yer dead brothers."

Gulroid once again takes his seat. He eyes focused on the table in front of him.

((well you all posted before me, so I'm going back to edit my into stuff. Shouldn't change anything I said though))

*hears more talking and thinks a good idea*

If dey want peace let them make a peace offering or a standstill offer. A land peice or even gold er diamonds. One offer better is da Rex's first born to be kept as a peace keeper

Suddenly there is lound banging on the councils door with a Dwarf shouting "let me in, It's meh Grumdul I 'ave grave news of da Uruks" Morgrim shouts to Grumdul saying come in lad and speak of w'at 'as 'appened.

Grumdul stumbles through the door gasping for air

"Da.... Uruks..... t'ey 'ave.... returned da beards of all da fallen Dwarves in battle, Ter be a 'uge cart full at Kal'anart. Surely my lords t'is be a sign of peace and 'onour from da Uruk. *Kjell grows partially weary of the long meeting his head rests in a partially tired position and his fist slowly becomes unclenched as time had moved on after damaging his already tattered throne. As The Goldhand Patron spoke he slowly runs his aged fingers through his beard again in thought as he keenly listens to the wise Gulroid's words, the only Goldhand or Dwarf who really has any sense within the lands of the north Kjell ponders to himself.

Afte listening to Gulroid's speech Kjell bears a grim expression as he looks back over to Morgrim with a slight pleading look as he has come to realize in time since his old declaration that his kind hold no respect for his title of Emporer.*

Morgrim, ye know Wut Gulroid speaks be true! Da Ork scum shall nevah 'old true tuh dere claims an' dey 'ave nevah done suh befer, dey will attack us again if we falter now an' we cannae take fer granted da fallen w'o aided in makin' da iron 'ot enough tuh stroike at da 'earth ov dere wretched scourge.

'Ave Grandaxes truely broken Oath tuh da dead? Ah 'open nae, an' of ye duh say suh den Ah shall spit at yer wurds! Ah shall aid da Gold'ands in battle an' conflict wi'f me supporters.

-Edit-

*Kjell then hears the loud knocking on the door with much agitation he turns his head to the rude Dwarf who dares to interrupt their private council, after listening to the Dwarf Kjell rises from his seat with pure Ire burning in his eyes with a loud bellow he shouts his hatred for the carpet scourge.*

PEACE!? PEACE!? DIS E MOCKERY! DA BASTARDS DARE TUH SEND BEARDS OV OUR FALLEN KIN! BEARDS DAT 'AVE BEEN DEFILED BY DEIR TAINT!

*Kjell struggles to calm down as his Ireheart blood boils in his veins, with a slow deep breaths he sits back down in his seat clearly bothered by the news he had heard before his Tirade.*

Duh we really wunt tuh befriend dese disgustin' Carpets w'o 'old nae odder place in dis world den beh our paddin' fer our calloused feet an' capes fer our rigid backs!?

After listening to Gulroid and Hiebe's words, Morgrim sits for a while, pondering on what to say, when suddenly Grumdul bursts into the meeting. He rises from his seat, a stern look on his face before his eyes widen at the news.

"T'e Uruk return tae beards uv t'e skirmish? Ah great surprise t'is beh tae meh..."

Morgrim falls back into his seat, gesturing towards Grumdul to wait outside.

"Beh t'is nut proof t'at t'e Uruk wish fer peace... Weh 'ave given 'em not'in' n' yet t'ey prove t'eir 'onour bae returnin' t'e beards uv t'e dead. We 'ave bot' slain n' spilt t'e blood uv each ot'er in t'is war, n' yet weh are 'ere now where weh began... We cannae blame t'ese Uruk fer t'e actions uv t'eir fat'ers. T'is war beh nut about revenge, land 'er power but fer honour... Honour t'at weh should depend upon above all else, honour uv wut t'is nation wus founded upon. Wut would our ancestors say iv t'ey saw us attackin', purely out uv revenge 'er 'atred? Wut t'e 'eck day ye t'ink t'e Kings uv old would 'ave done? Yer may t'ink on about wut t'e Uruk did but eh, t'is beh war n' in t'e end, at least t'e Uruk 'ad t'e decency tae declare it. T'e 'umans un t'e ot'er 'and, attacked n' supported t'e Uruk wit'out warnin' 'er wit' nay declaration uv war. N' ye intend tae let 'em git away wit' t'is?!

Ah 'ave nay love fer t'e Uruk after wut t'ey did but nay dae ah 'old n' 'atred fer t'ose 'o wish fer peace t'e foight t'ose 'o truly beh dishonourable. Would yer 'ave us march upon t'e War Uzg n' slaughter aneh Uruk 'o defends t'eir lands? Iv weh invade t'e War Uzg at t'is toime, weh will gain not'in'... Ah cannae support a war t'at 'olds nay honour n' t'at is wae ah say weh end t'is now."

*After Hiebe's and Gulroid's speech, Goruk once again stands up and says*

Wat me leader Gulroid stated is true. Do ye dink our ancestors and our fallen brother's wuld want us to side wit de Orcs, after all of dis blawdshed? Also, I need to conclude dat why do we really want de Orcs to side wit us against the Teutonic Order? As Kjell stated, dey attacked us wen we were weak and continued pressing on, until we rose our forces and finally started pushing back, and now we want peace? I'm sorry Morgrim, but I don't agree wit ye, and dat we shuld continue pressing on de attacks against de Orcs and worry about de Teutonic Order later.
