Drelik sits in his hideout under Arethor, a wise investment, now paying off. He desperately writes out a letter addressed to Uthor, as a plee, so he isn't deemed a causless killer like he used to be..

Conspiracy, they spoke of bringin' an army, and purging Arethor of "corruption". Public in decentsey and disturbin' the peace, one of em climbed the walls, showin his hairy stinky ass to everyone in the city. Assaulting a guard, and betraying the law, one of em was wearin armor, nd jumpin roof to roof, firin arrows at me. As I chased this one the dwarves on the ground yelled at me fer corruption.. The fawkin' dwarves felt like they were above the law at a time, and as soon as I took the roof jumper, and flayed him for all to see, the words left there mouths, and they ran home, fearful, and pridless. There's a reason Godfrey made house Flay, because ye always need someone to do the dirty work, as the Lion says, there's two driving forces in the world, Order and Chaos, and there are those who must keep equillibrium.[/

Bael, now prowling around in Arethor, notices that where one of the posters once was, is now there no longer. He opens the pack and sticks a new one in its place, before going on and placing a further four around the city. When he arrives at the docks, he hands his bag to an accomplice on his way to Crestfall. The following day another three such posters are found in Crestfall.

He whispers to Ser Niko and sends him to follow the dwarf with the mysterious bag. After sending Niko, he steps outside to find that the dwarf posted was of the corruption posts, he tears down the poster and Niko tears down the others.
