I have been in need of an architect and builder,

I be havin a roof dat need be built, and I be a bit scared o hights. Now I ain't the richest man, so fur dis job I can only give ya bout 1,250 minas. Ain't a lot but at least it be a bit betta dan notin. We supply bot half da stone, and be even betta if you be good a smithin.
