While they do have barbed tongues, the accent came about much like an American accent differs from a Canadian accent, so on and so forth. Geographically, not biologically. I have no idea where the island that the Kha race lives on and no idea how to get there. So how do I get there? And would anyone be able to show me the way?. I don't know why you'd want to restrict the ability to create other organizations in the race when it could potentially bring in more members. It was designed for when we had our own application and were all united. Feel free to create your own pride however you want to create it, but naturally the Tlatlanni might ICly be unhappy if you're creating prides without his permission.
