Short Biography: A mountain dwarf whom was brought into the world Dwarf, raised in the streets by a single mother in the dwarven capitol of Asulon. After dreaming of becoming an architect he started to move around and found passion in blacksmithing, shaping metal as his craft. He left his mother in search of work and lived in a small dwarven settlement where he helped repair and craft items for the soldiers who guarded it. After he was driven out by the destruction of his land he traveled to Aegis where he joined a guild called the Guardians. After mastering his art and reconnecting with his Kin by joining the construction of Mt. Ire he joined the smithing guild in hopes of mastering the most advanced level of this craft. Later he left the smithing guild to rejoin the Guardians as one of their grandmasters, leaders of the guild and watchers of a town called Glenwood. There after the guild died off and then the lands were plagued, he left the land along with the other races with the dwarves, where Hes now joing the Legion in hopes of leading soldiers one day against the evils that everso haunt life in this world.

Lord Valen Grandaxe makes his way down the grand halls of Kal'Azgoth, quickening his pace as he remembers the time of an important Lord's Council meeting. Before him stands a large crowd of dwarves and in the centre of them, a slightly tubby but muscular, distinctly red haired dwarf. As Valen moves in closer, he notices the dwarf's brown eyes and gives a wide grin as he approaches.

 

"Anudder kin ov t'e Blackaxe walks t'e 'alls ov Kal'Azgoth, ah beh seein'... Ah'd 'ardleh expected t'ere taeh beh aneh ov oor kin unaccounted fer. Tell maeh laddy, wut beh t'e name ov ye fat'er?"

Lord Valen Grandaxe enters the burrow of his forefathers as he prepares to pay homage to his ancestors who had passed into the halls of Khaz'A'Dentrumm. As he kneels before the burial sight of the Paragon and father of the Grandaxe Clan, he notices a familiar face out of the corner of his eye. As he cautiously approaches the dwarf, he places a fist over his iron breastplate and bows his head as the face quickly becomes familiar to him.

 

"Thurland, ah 'ave nawt layed eyes upon ye fer maneh yers naow... Nawt since t'e daehs ov ye upbringin' ein Kal'Dom'ain. Alas laddy, ye'll 'ave taeh beh tellin' meh mur' ov t'at in toime. Eit beh guud taeh 'ave ye back amungs' ye kin wunce ageh!"

As you stand within the great hall of the Grandaxe Clan, you notice a large scroll nailed into the woodwork of one of the pillars. Written upon it in blank ink reads...

 

"Dwarves of the Grandaxe Clan, I first wish each of you a warm welcome to our new home of Kal'Azgoth, the grand city of treasures. It is with great happiness that I announce to you that the clan hall has been successfully constructed and is now ready to provide our kin with permanent residence within the city. Any acknowledgement for constructing the hall is given to Oghren, Arcane and Strom who have worked tirelessly as each moon has passed."

 

"In addition to this news, we have recently come into purchase of a market stall, in which we may begin selling our clan's wares. If there is a particular possession that you wish sold, it is recommended that you contact either myself or an Elder of the clan."

 

"We have further acquired a clan vault, in which various trinkets and possessions of great value will remain safe from prying eyes. Any monetary or material donations towards the clan vault should be delivered to myself at the Grandaxe Clan Hall and arrangements will be made thereafter."

 

The parchment is signed at the bottom with an intricately written signature.

* You spot a young blond haired dwarf in awfully human like clothes walking alone in the city. His face has some ugly scar's and his braided beard is stuffed in his pants. He looks hungry and sick in the face, but the rest of his body looks rather trained. When he gets to the Grandaxe hall opens the hall with a key and walks in, there he puts a note on one chairs and then he walks away. You as a Grandaxe get's into the hall and read the note*

 

Hail lad's and lasses, I be Aksel "Longbeard" Grandaxe.

Well if i need to believe me father Oghren... I came frum asulon with a traveling group of merchants as a guard. One day a dwarf came into the camp

he was leaving the dwarven nation, but he noticed that i was a dwarf too. He told me about the nation and that 'e was a Grandaxe. After that i told him about

me life, and about me mother. She slept with a dwarf in a town of his own and made her pregnant. after that she had never heared anything of him anymore, but the Grandaxe knew of that dwarf, it was his adopted brother. So he told me about the new dwarven city, and that there was a lot of work. He also told me about the Grandaxe clan and his rich history, so i became curious and travelled to the city. 

 

That is a part of me story, and i would loike to join ye clan...

Oghren told me there maybe was a room fer me and a chance to proof meself? 

I hope so...
