Village Name: Redmagnet. The University will take up most of the villiage plot.

Why is your character starting this village/settlement? What is its purpose?

Being sick of all the war going on around him, Karlio decided to follow the rest of his family and take an intellectual look on life. For around the past 5 years Karlio has studied physics in Underholm. With only a few tables and a lot of paper Karlio managed to come up with a few theories himself, the most famous one being his Redmagnet theory. He thought to himself, "What if there are others like me? Wanting to study but haven't got the resources or help." So he came up with an idea. A University.

Karlio set out with some materials and a bunch of leaflets, handing them out to anyone who passes.

During the building of the University Karlio went missing, supposedly ill. He passed the deed to his friend Artonius and told him to pick up where he left of. When Artonius went to the university, it was horrible. It was next to a dock and surrounded by sand. "This is not right..." He pondered to himself, "The University should have a large open space so people can relax while they're not working." So he made this charter.

What type of political system or leadership is within the village?

The University will work like a school with Karlio as the head master and others following him but there is some difference. Because Karlio is a socialist he believes that everyone should have the same say as him so there will be a voting system that no-one can overrule, not even Karlio himself.

The University will be split up into a few sections and each will be looked after by a deputy head. The main sections are as follows:

• Science and Mathematics
  
• Engineering and Construction
  
• Magic and War Tactics
  
• Language and Literature
  

What sort of behavior will residents exhibit? (Race relations, nation relations, etc.)

Redmagnet University will be open to every race from every nation. Here, everyone is equal. If someone tries to declare war on the University, the residents will ask help from the other nations and call on their fellow students to defend their home.

Where would you prefer the town’s region be? Including a screenshot of the land would be nice (of game or map).

I would prefer the University to be a nice open space like a private school would be.

Any other details (architecture, races, culture, etc): To get in to Redmagnet University the students must have to be intelligent and/or wealthy. If they wish to learn from scratch then their family must help them with a small tuition fee. Housing at the University will be free for all students.

I notice that this university is in the wilds. Wouldn't it make more sense for it to be somewhere in the mainland? I can't really see the rich paying large sums of money to send their children to someplace far away from any nation.
