Question: So I posted my app yesterday, and I'm looking in the forum and I see people being accepted and denied, and their apps were posted today.. Why is that? It's kinda annoying :/.

Usually applications are reviewed in the order they're received, but sometimes there are exceptions. Just remain patient, it will be dealt with soon.

I've got a question if I may ask, so I applied to the forums but on the minecraft forums do I need to have an application posted on these forums somewhere. And how do I know if it gets denied or accepted?

Yes, you must post your application on these forums as well. The application formats and rules are found HERE. A guide on how to apply is HERE. You will know when it has been reviewed because it will be moved from the Application Submissions forum, where you post it, to either the Accepted or Denied forums.

I tried to post a picture of my character in with my app, but it produced an error403.  I tried the older picture upload system, but to no avail. How might I go about adding my picture to the application?

I'm sorry to bug you guys again, but I tried to create a minecraft forums account, but the email verification, er, email hasn't arrived.  I created it early this morning, and I have already sent another verification email.  Is there anything I can do, or is it going to arrive later tomorrow?

Hard to say. We've consistently had issues with the Minecraft Forums, though. If you cannot post on it due to technical issues, say so in your application and that will be overlooked.

so I made an orc app, and posted it two days ago, and still havent had a reply, is two days normal for orc characters? or is it a possible bug with the website? ive had 21 views as well, and one of them was likely a whitelister, still ive had no replyu or movement to denied, or accepted sub-forums, and advice?

When making an application for anything such as a villain application, whitelist application, etc. you have to be patient. A member of the application team will eventually get around to responding to your application.

Is there a new application format out yet? I was writing mine then they posted that they were changing it, and I can't find where the new one is.

Yes there is. Unfortunately I am on a cellular device so I am unable to link it but it is where the old format used to be located in the application submission forum.
