"Disrespect your Paragon?, If anything I believe your Paragon has failed you and the Brathmordakin, would a Paragon act the way this man does? I highly doubt it, now you tell me why should I respect a man who lets down his King?

Gorum shakes his head.

" Yer talkin' as if there be rules laid down before Kjell. Ye be actin' as if yer th' one whu can judge a Paragon, and ye be suggestin' that th' Brathmordakin chose th' wrong lad!? ARE YE OUT OV YER FECKIN' MIND! YE DUNNAE KNOW TH' FIRST THING ABOUT BEIN' A PARAGON! SO DUNNAE ACT AS IF YE KNOW IF 'E FAILED OR NOT. YE DUNNAE KNOW 'OW TH' PREVIOUS PARAGONS TREATED OTHER RACES, YE DUNNAE KNOW HOW THEY ACTED. YE DUNNAE KNOW IF TH' BRATHMORDAKIN BE LOOKIN' DOWN ON OUR PARAGON. YE KNOW NONE OV DIS, SO DUNNAE ACT LIKE YE DU!

Gorum sighs, crossing his arms as he calms down.

" Ye say ye don' respect a man who lets down his King. But did ye ever think about a King whu lets down 'is people? "

"and have you ever even seen what the King has been trying to do for you? Its near impossible to occomplish anything he desires seeing that whenever he does people like Kjell act the way they do, hes trying to make the dwarven Kingdom consist of more than Dwarves, Why? maybe because he wants his Kingdom to be stronger, Dwarves alone have plenty of power, but when all of the Races work together that is enough to bring Nations to their knees. Kjell doesn't see it that way because he sees all elves as "Tree Huggers". Bah why should I argue, you wont listen to anything I say...

We dun need elves loike you. We already can bring nations to der knees. We once took on Orcsh and 'umans all at once in Kal'Urguan. We've wiped out te orcsh multiple times. We dun even need yer 'elp. Tree 'uggers er not, we can already bring nation to der kneesh. And fer te record. If we weren't listenin' te what ye say, den we couldn't reply.

" That ain't th' point. Ah welcome ye wit' open arms, as ye already know. Ah 'ave no problem with ye being part ov th' nation, an' 'avin yer own land tu manage. But bein' a " personal army " of the King ain't " uniting " th' four nations and making us more powerful at all. Ye can be a thane, an' 'ave yer own land, dat be me personal preference.

As fer what ah'm pissed awf about 'ere. Th' Paragon deserves more respect regardless, 'e can openly speak 'is mind if 'e wishes. And 'e 'as all th' reason tu be angry at th' King fer things that 'ave occured in th' past, ye cannae change dat and I cannae change dat. If ye want tu openly be part o' da dwarves ye mus' respect our laws. It clearly states that th' Paragon cannae be disrespected, so dunnae do so. "

"I'm terribly sorry Gorum, but as Kilgrim is a perfect example of what I mean. I'm a personal army for one reason, I cant stay in the Legion long enough without being called a Tree huger, a tree squatter, anything racist just to my race I seem to always hear things like that thrown my way. I've lived to see two past Grand Marshals, and never once have I met someone like your Paragon, if he doesn't get disrespected, then he shouldn't disrespect others. Simple as that.

*Dom, who has been silently sketching and writing in a large volume and sipping his own special brew, looks up as Hiebe delivers his verdict and he puts away his quill and ink and closes the book with a dull thud before walking out silently and deep in thought.*
