*A figure clad in white approaches the notice board of the Elven settlement. In the elf's hand is a single sheet of clean, white and crisp parchment. Taking a small lustrous iron pin from his coat he fixes the flier to the board and subsequently strides off.*

Mali'san - Name of Elves

Dear Mali of Malinor,

It has come to this particular Mali'aheral's attention that our settlement lacks a name. This gross oversight must be corrected if we as Mali are to take ourselves seriously within this new world. Thusly I propose the adoption of an elven name to suit the needs of the populace. Indeed, perhaps a name to represent the union of the multiple types of Mali in this settlement is in order. Thusly the following list has been compiled as suggestions:

Tuva'onn - From everything (From unity)

Tuvaonn'or - Land from everything (Land from unity)

Talar'nor - Land of the horizon

Silmah'talereh - Stone tower

Okarn'nor - Land of oasis

Cihi'lar - City of steadfastness

Kerante'nor - Land of the next sunrise

Fiyem'nor - Land Renewed (Renewed Land)

Iheiuhii'mali - Breath of Elves

Ibar'cihi - White City

Ehier'mali - To find Elves

Evar'mali - To protect Elves

As always, Maehr'sae Hiylun'ehya

Kalenz Uradir

Elwen walks by the notice board during one of her many visits to the Elven settlement for peace from the Humans. She checks the notice board as usual and sees this note. She takes out her quill and ink bottle, inking her quill and writing below;

"Here are my suggestions.

Hileia'ame - Forest of Peace

Ame'yuln - Gemstone of the Forest

Aetah'fi - New Age

Ame'Aheral - Blessed Forest

That's all I can think of on the spot.

-Elwen"

Beren walks up to the poster, examining it before quickly circling the third one down.

"Talar'nor - Land of the horizon"

He tilts his head, looking at the circle then fixes it. Attempting to make it perfect but failing.

*Khel walks forward, his armor black as night. His purple cape dangling from his shoulders gracefully, fluttering in the frosty wind at his back. He notices the list and smiles upon one name*

"Fiyem'nor "

*He says to himself, his cold breath poring from his mouth*

*Goes down to the mali'ker caves and writes a letter, returning to post it next to the page*

Fiyem'nor,

The mali have been reborn my lliran. We are no longer dived, but we are united under one banner. Yes, we will still remain separate, but all mali are now closer together than Asulon with the merge of the mali'aheral and the others. Whether we like it or not we have changed and we have been reborn. With our unification; therefore, this land should claim such a title as Fiyem'nor

However, the name which has received the most popularity among
Malinorian citizens
will be brought to the High Council and voted upon, choose wisely lliran.

-Prince Khel Oussana

*Khel notices the page in which the forest has been mentioned several times. He lets out a small and brief chuckle, thinking to himself "There are no forests here"*

Elorna passes by the notice board and stops when she sees the flier. She slowly reads through each suggested name, saying them out loud under her breath to get a feel for the sounds and rhythms. Withdrawing a small ink quill, she makes a mark beside "Talar'nor" to indicate her vote.

After a moment of consideration she sits down and takes out a small square of parchment. She writes her suggestion upon it, then pins it beneath the other responses.

"Ceru'nor - Land of the Strong. For the bonds amongst Mali are stronger than ever, and it is in our unity that we have found strength."

While pinning up her note Elorna reads Khel's letter and says, "Fiyem'nor" softly a few times, not quite liking the sound but agreeing with the meaning. She places a mark beside it as well.

*Kalenz reads through the notes, upon coming to Elorna he takes a quill and makes a small correction.*

Silir'ilume tilts his head in curiosity as he reads the proposed list. He stares at the crisp parchment in careful contemplation before noting his chosen name.

"Ibar'cihi. The White City. All these suggested forest names..."

He shivers slightly at the thought. Quickly writing his chosen name upon a small piece of parchment, he attaches it below for all to see.
