whats hapening to al hazar every time im there i see 2 guards and no leaders. 3 times i had to help take down bandits. al hazars lacks guards and theres heaps of (bad rp) badits practiclly runing al khazard. were so open for atack. also no ones left theyre all at alstion and every other small town whats hapening!?

It is hard to guard such a big city so people flock to small towns which are smaller and easier to guard.

But in alstion we have a proper enemy where you can make a difference , and on top of that the pay is on time !

for real? you guard get paid? god i better think about switching towns i have not ever been paid as a oren guard, also we can not stop bandits (we can not kill em and they will not rp being arrested)

You do not need pay to stay a Guard is indeed true. None of the factions pay, yet their men are willing to stay there through thick and thin.

But knowing that the people are safe? Are they? With holes in the walls, the Northern gate house completely ignored, the Southern gate house usually without a guard, the sewers not patrolled, the harbor not walled, are they safe?

You need guards to be safe. And if many are not paid, none will join. So I am telling you, they are not safe.

Do not stand for this.
