*You walk through the city. There is a very light snowfall and all is peaceful, you are content with how everything is. With your good mood you notice a note, you decide to read it.*

Dear fellow mali'thill,

For awhile now I have noticed too many of our brothers and sisters go without a home. This troubles me, especially when the towers lay empty most of the time. I motion that each tower no longer be owned by one family or one person, but each floor will be owned by an individual. If said individual wishes to share their space perfect! If not, oh well. The bottom floor of each building be used for co-ed space, and then every floor above be sub divided. Together we can stop our siblings from living on the streets in this extreme climate. Please leave a note along with this one to vote if you agree we should do this.
