1. I cannot click the 'add/show comments' button. It just takes me to the top of the page.

2. I cannot click the 'topic moderation' button. Same thing with comments, just takes me to the top of the page.

3. Only way I can make status updates is through my profile.

My browser is Chrome.

Try resetting your cache, that seems to have worked for other people.  Hope it helps! :)

Aye. I use chrome when I make large posts, as Internet Explorer has a tendency to just give up and die half way through. I'm getting the same issue for Chrome and Chrome alone, I'd recomend using a different web browser untill it's repaired.

Chrome has been working quite well for me since I cleared my cache.

I will give a step-by-step process if you like, if it still does not work, then the problem may be something else.

 

1. Go to settings.

 

2. Click the "History" tab on the left.

 

3. Click the "Clear all browsing data..."

 

4. Make sure to select "Empty the cache", and obliterate the following items from "the beginning of time".

 

5. If that doesn't work you can try also clearing browser, download, and deleting cookies/plug-in data, it has worked for me.
