Ever 2648 Share Posted February 3, 2013 While I've enjoyed being the keeper of the Aegis map, it's time for me to reformat so I've finally decided to upload the map to a file sharing site. (I tried many times in the past to get this uploaded somewhere but I didn't have much luck.) What you need: Winrar - Free, just google 'winrar download'. About 9 GB free space Download guide: 1. Download each of the 10 .rars below. http://gyazo.com/bb68ea3394d9395abc343dcd3199c8c8 2. Extract them all to an easy-to-find location, I suggest desktop. http://gyazo.com/6d659cd54d7954659fbc6d96e62c9487 3. Open up the 'saves - Copy' folder and go to 'world.aegis second' -> 'region'. 4. Drag the 'world.aegis second' folder into your minecraft saves folder. Normally, 'world.aegis second' is about 8.75 GBs uncompressed. - The map is in the same state as right before we left: totally destroyed/burned down/lava-fied. - Inside the saves folder are two other maps: two unfinished rebuilds of Alk, about 75-80% rebuilt. 9 Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...

With some TLC, it could be fixed up. Alk is pretty much fixed up in the other two .saves, so the same could be done to the other cities (sans Laurelin... that's all ash now.)
