Short biography: Kaden grew up in a small village when he was young. Growing up he became best friend with another child around his age named Dakota. He and his friend loved to explore the area around them. They one day found two men training with swords swinging them at each other, they became instantly amused. Since then they would go to a spot to watch other humans practice their swordmanship. After growing up to become mature young adults, the two decided to try and become like those men they once saw.

Short biography: Dakota grew up as a child in a small village. He and his friend Kaden would often go outside to explore, and often watched humans practice clashing swords from a distance. In awe, the two would practice sword fighting together. Their village often teach about honor, respect, and truthfulness. Once the two friends grew up to be men, they instantly set their eyes upon becoming something more.

Weapon of choice: Vectis is adept in fighting with a sword and shield technique but can also handle a longsword.

Previous experience: Vectis was trained in swordsmanship by his father during his youth, later becoming a Shield of Salvus and quickly attaining the rank of Constable of Defense.

Criminal history: None.

Short biography: Vectis was raised by his father, a former man-at-arms in the Oren Lances, and by his mother, an elven woman with an unshakable faith in the Creator. By the time he was born, Vectis's father was a shepherd in Ager on the contintent of Asulon. So, he lived out his life on a farm. When he was still very young he suffered a head injury while exploring and nearly died. Surviving his subsequent fever, his mother declared it a miracle from her god and life proceeded on.

 

When Vectis came of age he went on his own travels, following his mother's suggestion to "find his own path". He bid his mother and father a fond farewell before setting off. When the great storm raged over Asulon, Vectis looked for them where there were evacuations, but they were nowhere to be found. They are assumed dead.

 

Finding himself a few years later in the Kingdom of Salvus, the still young Vectis found himself recruited by a Ser Valin, a knight of the Shields. Vectis worked hard to prove himself among his fellow men. It seemed it was seen when he was promoted quickly up the ranks to the leadership position of Constable, presiding over the defense of Salvus.

 

One day, while off-duty, a strange man approached Vectis, having been asking for him at the bakery and tavern and all around town. The man claimed their fathers had once known each other and Vectis's father was in debt to his from losing some dice game. The man introduced himself to be Alfonse VanHolde and requested assistance in an adventure. With his personal honor at stake and the memory of serving his dead father one last time, Vectis resigned from the Shields.

 

They traveled along the Anthos Highway until they came to the capital. Marveling at it's splendor, they did some exploring around. When Vectis heard word the prestigious Imperial Dragon Guard was hiring and that he was now here to stay, he decided to head over to the Imperial Palace to apply to serve.

Several days past, Dragon Guard Lieutenant Ser Martin Loyola was attacked and viciously murdered by a assassin who's motives remain unknown. Ser Martin was a brave and loyal man who always stood for what he believed was right. Martin's wisdom was only inferior to his skill with a longbow. Lieutenant Loyola will always be remembered as one of, if not the best man who has ever served in the Dragon Guard. All men are to pay their respects to Ser Loyola at the pyre where he was cremated, 40 yards [blocks] to the East of the Imperial Keep, down on the cliffs facing the North. All men also to give their most sincere condolences to Martin's son Tarin, who will be squiring for myself in the months to come

Short biography: Dralin had always been a strange child. When other children played, he was usually focused on his studies. He grew to be e very smart, but he valued strength as well. He yearned to be a soldier. He would watch as guards patrolled the city, and wished he could wear armor like theirs. So, he trained and studied. He started training with a wooden sword at the age of 10, and he studied in the field of medicine. It was hard work, but he had alot of time devoted to both his studies and training. Time went by, and people started to call him a prodigy. He also helped people who were hurt. At the age of 15, he was left alone. His mother had died when she gave birth to him, and his father who died in a barfight. He lived alone, made money by helping out around the town, and fed himself with the money. He was 19 when everyone boarded the ships to Anthos. He had brought with him his sword, medical supplies, chaimail and a small amount of minas. When they got off the ships, he let the nations settle in. He made his way along the Anthos Highway, to Salvus. Now, he is trying to start his new life. Previous experience: I was an Elendil Bannerman for several years, but when we moved to Elsyium they started committing treason and the Emperor broke everyone's oaths to them, I left an joined the Imperial Guard which I was in for a fair few years and rose to Captain rank. Then the Imperial Guard was disbanded.

Criminal history: None.

Short biography: I was born in Salvus, and lived there with my brother and parents for several years before bandits raided the town. I managed to escape in the chaos and I just ran for it. While I was running aimlessly through the wilderness, I tripped and banged my head hard off some sharp stones and blacked out. I woke up in a small home in the wilds, where some people who found me brought me in and healed me. But I still had severe amnesia and forgot a lot about my life before that(until I one day met my brother and he filled me in)((<--- isn't OOC)). Then they became my foster family until I was 19 and I decided to head off and see the world and live in proper civilisation, as I'd grown tired of living in a small house with nothing but plains and forests for miles. When I left home and headed for Oren, I got lost and wandered around lost, tired and hungry. Eventually after days of travelling, I saw some town off in the distance. I rushed to it, and collapsed as soon as I got there. The town was Ildon. Some of the residents gave me some food and drink and suggested that if I wanted a job and a bed in the barracks, I could join the Elendil Bannermen and so I did. And the rest after that you'll already know.
