Okay so I was wondering about the new mines on the server,

 

Some say they are purely for Rp, Others say different. Who is right?

 

Also where are they in the world. I cant find them anywhere.

They're simply for just that, mining.

However that does not mean you should go out of your way to strip mine. If you're going to mine or create tunnels. You should put up support beams.

Basically, it's for actual mining, to gain actual in game iron and gold. Though, that doesn't mean no RP :P

If you were to be told it wouldn't matter because in game your character would have no idea where they are.

I can't say for certain, but I think all multiverse mines (which would be all the mines on the mainalnd, I THINK) are turned off. They'll be making a re-appearance eventually. 

 

You can go mine freely in the wilds but don't forget to adhere to server rules (no x-ray, no strip mining, etc).

You need to find out in RP and not ask on the forums. If you are caught finding it through OOC mediums such as the forums, you risk getting banned for metagaming.

The wilds is the first place people would think to go to gather resources.

Go to your nation's town and ask to use their mine. Iron isn't that hard to find.

Yes, nation mines are currently turned OFF, and their intended purpose is yes, mining.

Still, that doesn't mean you can toss out roleplay, it must still exist there. You will have to place support beams, use proper mining techniques, and etc.

If you want to figure out the location, do so in roleplay.
