Large birds fly across the realm of Anthos, each carrying a small scroll in their talons. Flying above all populated cities, they release their cargo on to the street's, littering the paths with the green-tinted papers. If you would happen to pick one up, this is what'd you'd read.

Ol' Treehuggers birthday party is coming up soon, and he's looking to invite everyone for a night of celebration! Anyone can come a prancin', as long as they don't cause any trouble. It will be held at the Druid's Grove, out of the north gate of Malinor. Presents are not needed, only your companionship on this most wonderful night. Ol' Treehugger can't wait fer yeh t' come a knockin'!

*Morthawl hears the violent squawk of a bird outside and walks outside of the palace.  He then sees a Toucan wrestling with a small bird, carrying a note.  Morthawl raises his trident and brings it down upon the both of the birds, cracking their feeble bones.  He gathers the note out of curiosity and reads it, before scratching his mane as he looks into the jungle.*

Rose looks up as she hears an unfamiliar noise, the noise of hundreds of papers being dropped all at once. She watches as each green paper flutter down towards the ground, towards her and around her and far away from her. As a few are about to reach her, she raises her arm up, grabbing one from the air. She opens up the crumpled sheet of paper, reading it over. She smiles, remembering the old dwarf, and folds the paper up carefully, placing it in a wrap of cloth hidden by her skirt before stepping into the pub by the center of Horengrad.

Xerxes places down his long skinning knife and turns from his quivering victim to read the scroll. A thin smile forms on his face as he speaks to himself in a low tone.

 

"Ah, Sssaviticusss isss having a party. Xerxesss will be sssure to attend... better not misssbehave."

 

With a demonic giggle, Xerxes places the scroll in his waistcoat and turns back to his 'work'.

Zane picks up a note that he noticed a bird drop in the path in front of him. He picks it up and examines the contents, giving a nod and a "Hmm!"

Zane rolls the note back up, stuffing it into his sleeve, planning to attend.

Tamara looks at the many green scrolls on the streets, and picks one up. She smiles as she looks at it closer and exclaims to herself

 

"What beautiful paper, reminds me of the druids... " Her smile disappears as she remembers "When will I find them again... I miss the grove... I hope Saviticus is alright and everyone has been eating well..."

 

She keeps the paper with her, maybe it could be used for a drawing later.
