To answer Dave:

 

This is my opinion, may vary a little GM to GM, but I'd say 1 iron bar 1 leather for boots, 2 iron bar 1 leather for helms, 2 iron bar 2 leather for legs, 3 iron bar 2 leather for chest.  That's just my personal opinion on it, since it's all modreq'd and RP'd repairing.

as I said, this is a temporary recipe, and also makes cow farming a rather profitable venture between Books, Bookshelves, Chainmail Armor, Leather Armor, etc.

No in fact in only requires 6 iron to make an entire set and you have 5 extra iron bars.

Can we get a staff update saying that its temp disabled? It has caused a lot of confusion in the player base on my side. Can someone maybe lock this saying its temp/perma disabled??
