Ah don' t'ink formations are necessary at all to the battle, we jus' break apart in battle and we take damn near to a year to form 'dree vel" only to move 4 meters and do it again

((Formations are a waste of time. The only plus of organization is to look "fancy." Trying to form a straight line in minecraft with over 30 people is the stupidest thing i've ever heard. Let alone making them all walk in it without bumping each other. While the army wastes it's time trying to form an arrowhead as they charge into battle the orcs will of already left the place they raided and be back to the orc capital. I suggest the complete and utter removal of formation due to Minecraft simply not being made for it, it is a waste of time and while people are forming up we could of already been killing orcs.))

I want'd tu voice meh oppinion tha' since our armeh be large and a numb'r o' us be unproffesional den we shuld set aside a number o' leggionaires tu be listed as researves. Dis'l make it noice so they can spend their toime doin' sumthin' else for teh Kingdom besoides guardin' it durrin' peace toimes. An teh  Leggionaires need to du their job! Ah see maneh of ye sleepin' in yer bunks o' 'eard of ye wanderin' 'round teh woilds and stuff. Ah thin' tha' more of teh leggionaires shuld stop abandonen their dutehs and start providen securiteh to it. Wut if we're attacked by dragons again? whoile yer walkin' around nae doin' yer job. 

 

((The Legion is composed of almost every dwarf on the server and there are other jobs for dwarves that need doing so keeping in mind that when the skills/profesions system is implemented then there will be some complications as to some leggionaires leaving so setting a those who wish to be a part of both can be part of the researves where they participate in practices and skirmishes/battles but continue with their daily life honing their craft. In that case leggionaires will need to stop running around the map and acting kind in the wilds and start guarding the City. Hopefully this is something I can help with my new granted authority. Sorry for the bad spelling here and there but you get the point :I))

((Well if the skills plugin was anything like vaqs, it shouldn't be an issure, people were able to have 3 skills at max level allowing for either 1 pvp skill and 2 working skills or vice versa.))
