It reads, Dear Godfrey of House Horen, Friend it is time to hand over the reigns of power to the next generation of greedy and mischievous politicians. I fear that I am too old for this position on the council and must retire due to incapability to handle and make decisions. I remember when I had first become Lord High Treasurer Thomas Fust's apprentice at age 6 in the city of Al'Khazar. With a grunt he slowly walks down the steps and nods to the shields before leaving the palace. As he walks briskly down the streets of Salvus towards the stable, his muttering grows "I have... toiled and wasted my time far too long on these people to see the old houses, the true officials and loyal friends resign from their rightful place within the government due to some... fat bastard.Finally he makes it to the stables and mounts his horse.
