The great VonSchlichten Company, is now hiring researchers, engineers, and builders! All pay is based on work and activity within the company. If you want any of these jobs you are to report to President Xi Swain [MrGoldd]. Also, if you are accepted into the job you are expected to be as active as possible!!!

All Researchers will be headed by Doctor Tear. She will direct all of them into one project at a time, and then all information will be stored to be used by the Engineers and anyone who wishes to read it. If you are adventurous, scholarly, and cooperative this is a job for you. This job may or may not require traveling far to get certain items. There are multiple un-used labs for research so space will not be a problem.

All Engineers will be headed by Hydrose Goldhand. He will direct cooperative inventing, brainstorming, and make use of the research done by the research team. If you are innovative, intelligent, and creative this is definitely a job for you! This job will be hazardous so remember SAFETY IS YOUR BEST INVENTION!!! There are multiple working spaces in Headquarters, so space will not be a problem.

The builders are directed by Xi Swain, but really they have no leader. Builders will fix inconsistent design patterns, build new rooms, revamp labs, and remove dirt and gravel infiltrating the underground section.  This is a job for solitary and hardworking people. Also, this job may or may not require resource gathering, so be prepared.

*he continues grumbling, and goes to confront Xi about this. However, he notices that with Tear promoted and Dippel gone AWOL, he's the last one in the department. He changes his mind at the last moment, and decides to tell Xi later at the next conference*

Researchers perform research that will benefit engineering or if something comes up I.E. Enderman Invasion. It is a really interesting job.
